Outstanding
BBernard VoonThe resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel.
The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source.
The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable.
Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service.
Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

XXUENANOn the way from Kadu to Chitwan, we have been contacting the hotel through Ctrip customer service to pick us up when we arrived, but the customer service has not been contacted by the hotel. It is fixed, it should be that the hotel will take the initiative to go to the station to pick up and drop off according to the occupancy and bus time. The hotel is relatively good in the local area. There are beautiful gardens and detached villas. The rooms are also decorated with special features. They are clean and hygienic. The staff are very enthusiastic. They will try their best to help you if you have any problems. Personally, I think the price of various activities offered by the hotel in Chitwan is reasonable, so it is possible and convenient to book at the hotel. There are some villagers around the hotel, not far from the river. You can visit or take a walk in your spare time. There is a bustling market about three kilometers from the hotel. You can take a taxi to eat. . If you eat at the hotel, the price is not cheap, but the taste is really amazing!

GGuest UserWe stayed in an air-conditioned double room with a large bed and a small bed. The bed is very clean, there is free Wi-Fi, there is 24-hour hot water, and the toothbrush toothpaste needs to be taken. There are a lot of flowers and plants in the yard, very beautiful, cute dogs and cats that are not afraid of people. The fried noodles in the kitchen are super delicious. The bosses also recommend us a lot of trips. Anyway, a great experience, come next time. Will stay here.

UumakanthI gave 5 for location because it’s far away from the main road and feels like a forest guest house. There’s a river view just in backyard, it’s peaceful.
The service is good, Vasu helped in arranging everything as requested, thanks to him.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay here. Lovely rooms, gardens and pool. The sunset from the garden is spectacular.
The staff were lovely, they arranged our jeep safari and also took us to the bus station for our early bus. Would stay again and recommend.
