GGuest UserService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

NNancy XThe hotel is quite new, with a slightly more modern design. The cafe on the first floor is delicious. It's within walking distance of many places, including Lacromar, and the area seems to be more affordable and safe. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the shower gel is good. The pool is small, but it's pleasant enough for a swim and quite clean.

GGuest UserIt’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

MMariaCFrom arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed.
The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha.
The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street.
The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view.
The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice.
The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines.
Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took.
I would definitely stay there again.

AA.Lo25The hotel is good, but the second night we felt the room a little bit cold and they had no extra blankets. They leave coffee and cookies to have at anytime in the hall and the breakfast food is pretty complete. The only problem with breakfast is that on the first day we went one hour before closing and they were not paying attention on missing stuff like bowls, milk, hot water, spoons, glasses, so we had to ask for those everytime instead of them just renewing it. They were nice and happy to bring them to us but the fact that we (and others at the same time) had to do it was pretty annoying.

The most important thing is that when I was preparing to book other Hilton hotels in the past two days, I found that the hotel did not give me a score. GGuest UserThe night shift front desk staff was not friendly. When we asked for hot water, one of the female employees turned around and asked another female employee (who should be at a higher level). The senior employee just sat there and shook her head and said no. Her attitude was very bad and she seemed to be indifferent and had no intention of providing any assistance. The hotel has air conditioning, which is great in the hot summer. There are steps to the hotel reception. Filtered drinking water is provided. Breakfast only has basic toast, ham, eggs, coffee, salad and fruit.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are quite spacious. They even offer a complimentary cocktail. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the seaside promenade, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean – truly the best part of Lima. The breakfast spread is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

EElisha92Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.
