Amazing
FFrancesM.I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom, making for a very comfortable experience. The location was perfect—easily accessible to public transport, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.
One of the highlights of my stay was the onsite restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Not only was everything flavorful and well-prepared, but the prices were also very reasonable, making dining there a great value.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and enjoyable stay! I will definitely be returning in the future.
AAidahefuersiningchengThe room was great, the experience was great. I stayed in a family room next to the swimming pool. The waiter was very nice. He immediately cleaned up a few leaves that fell from the swimming pool. There was a mango tree full of fruits above the swimming pool. This hotel is the best hotel among the dozen or so I stayed in the Philippines.
KKtravelernice kitchen area to prep meals, many items to use, cold AC, big rooms, closets, has a pool, just gets noisy in the morning as its close to road
QQueen AndreaWhat a find! Location: a 1-min walk to the Boulevard, street has good food choices (Pyesta was lovely). Property: 4 rooms, more than perfect for 6 adults in our family, with firm premium beds. 2.5 T&B, full kitchen. Surprise: there’s even a pool at the back! I loved our stay talaga. Even the receptionist at the main hotel, Shelton, was super responsive and warm.
GGuest UserVery good place! There is a pool, beautiful territory, they had concert of some band the evening I arrived. Beds are incredibly comfy and cozily private. Welcome drink is there and breakfast that you can choose. Highly recommended 🫶🏻
MMaebelleI recently stayed at Florentina Homes with my friends and we had a great experience. All of the staff, including the receptionists, guards, and technician were extremely accommodating and responsive to our requests. Despite initial skepticism due to rumors that the place was old, we found that it actually had a lot of character. The room we stayed in was very spacious and gave off a homey vibe, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary water provided by the apartelle. We also had the pleasure of dining at Gabby's Bistro, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, our stay was very convenient and smooth, and we would definitely consider returning to Florentina Homes in the future. We will also recommend this place to our friends and family who plan to visit Dumaguete.
OOlga KurkinaThe hotel is beautifully decorated. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is incredibly attentive, courteous, and caring. We stayed for four days and discovered a lot of hair on the bathroom floor upon check-in, but we didn't bother. A major drawback was the non-functioning bathroom fan, which allowed a lot of mosquitoes into the room, and the staff didn't have any mosquito repellent. The hotel has a swimming pool on the third floor; it's very small, and they don't provide pool towels or lounge chairs. The lounge and smoking area is on the second floor. Breakfast is Filipino, with English breakfast available for an additional fee.
Each floor has a water dispenser with hot and cold water, and the room has cups, tea, coffee, and sugar.
We booked a tricycle to the airport at reception for 150 pesos.
GGuest UserLocation is exent, just right at heart of the city, transportation is very accessible, No breakfast though but 7Eleven is just below available 24 hours. Over all rating would be 4 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars. Budget friendly
AAnonymous UserAll in all good value for little money, its cheap so dont expect much. The family room has no windows and our door key card did not work (2x needed assistance to open the door). Only one key card for 4 persons. The receptionist and guard are very friendly and helpful
EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
