Nice and conducive

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and overall everything was fine—the room was clean, and the stay was comfortable. However, upon check-out, I accidentally left my L’Oréal shampoo and conditioner in the room. When I transferred to another hotel, I realized they were missing and immediately called to ask if housekeeping had found them. Unfortunately, the hotel denied finding the items. While the items may be small, I was a bit disappointed with how this was handled. I hope the management can improve their lost-and-found process for future guests. Still thankful for the comfortable stay, but this experience could have been better handled.

It was nice but the first room's AC wasn't working properly. It produces an awful sou d once you put it on maximum. We were transferred to another room, better than the first. The staff were polite and nice, too. We just had to checkout early due to involuntary change in travel schedule but unfortunately the hotel did not honor our request for payment adjustment ending up wasting 1 day worth.

Nice stay. Although in the morning looked like someone doing repairs in another room. Anyway, the place feels relaxed without that noise. Water pressure is enough on the 3rd floor. And I appreciate the staff that accommodated us even after midnight check-in.
