If you have an ”exaggerated” self-esteem and you need to lower it, you are here. It turned out to be not a separate hotel, but a kind of separate building of the main Tasigo Palace Hotel. A servant's house for 14,000 nights. And how should I still think if (for the first time I see) in the lobby of the hotel is not a bar where you can sit, drink coffee or tea, and the shop? The location is excellent and you can visit the attractions on foot. The breakfast is quite rich, and there is also sparkling wine. The room is very new, but the shower water pressure is a bit low. Later I heard from the customer that you can see the whole city view of Kazan from the roof, but it's a pity that I didn't go up to see it.

Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.  Well done. 

It feels like a family hotel, the room is small, but it is clean. The breakfast is relatively simple. It is commendable that the lady at the front desk, despite the difficulty in language communication, is not afraid of trouble, the service attitude is very warm, the surrounding is not lively, it is close to the airport, in the morning to catch the plane.

Hotel service is very good, the restaurant has a lot of food, the quiet environment is particularly popular, and the breakfast is very rich. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy. I will order it later.
