AAnonymous UserThe Seychelles White Horse Manor is too much to expect. The hotel has only opened in 24 years and the facilities are brand new. The service is extremely thoughtful. From check-in to the final departure, the hotel will arrange it properly, and even arrange staff to assist with luggage and check in at the airport. The hotel's mini bar is free of charge and is updated daily. The meal takes care of the tastes of tourists from all over the world. The breakfast order is not limited to fresh drinks, eggs and waffles, shrimp dumplings, sashimi, fried noodles and fried rice, North African eggs, and the chef will also introduce desserts for guests to taste every day. The staff was really welcoming and helpful within their means. The most impressive thing is that the hotel will meet the early check-in and late departure requirements as much as possible according to the time of arrival and departure. Various details really make people want to stay again, such as the restaurant staff will remember the eating habits. There are several security guards on the beach who keep patrolling to prevent guests from drowning. Finally, when it comes to the scenery of the hotel, the design is full, like a green forest, Anse Intendence It's really beautiful under the blue sky and white clouds!

AAz88zaA perfect five at a very nice price! The quality of the breakfasts is simply gorgeous! The views and the territory are simply a tropical paradise! There was an old hotel on this site, built at the beginning of the 20th century! And everything has been carefully preserved in terms of nature, beaches to this day! In the evening, flying foxes entertained us on the veranda with their chirping! In the Mahe restaurant of the hotel, we had one of the best dinners in many years of our visit to the Seychelles!

Ssaeed alaviniaAs it was our first time in the Seychelles, I was hesitant to book a bed&breakfast place for us but I decided to listen to the positive reviews - I am glad I did! The room is spacious and feels like home. It's spotless clean and has all one'd need for a no frills stay. What takes the experience to the next level is the view out of the balcony! one would be willing to hike for 2 hours to get to an outlook with the same view as you would get by simply stepping out side into the balcony! it's amazing! You will get a homy breakfast served to you on that same balcony with the that epic view, too! I strongly recommend this place. The owners' dedication to high standards of hospitality is truly impressive! Note: Rent a car! srsly! Don't take a taxi there. it's on top of a hill (that's how you get the epic view). The roads to the place it so steep even the car might struggle to go up the hill at points. You'd need a car to explore the area, go to the beach or restaurants anywhere. Also a note to the owner if they see this, I have an amazing drone footage of your property - happy to share it with you for your marketing purposes. I can only post pictures here.

GGuest UserFor the low cost-performance Seychelles, the hotel facilities are OK, but the service is average. The Asian-looking front desk staff is cold. We arrived at 2pm, very tired, but the staff kept emphasizing that the hotel stipulates that check-in is only possible at 3pm, and there is no room for negotiation.

HhfliuThere is some sea**** floating in the sea water, I wonder if it is seasonal. Everything else is fine. The service staff were very friendly. According to the regulations, check-in can only be done at 2 o'clock. We were first given a rest room, and then we were able to check in after it was cleaned after 1 o'clock. Beautiful environment, suitable for vacation.

GGuest UserDisappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of our frustrations with hotel service and infrastructure. Calling the reception from our room rarely worked—no one answered, and even leaving a message led to nothing. I had to physically walk to the front desk just to place a room service order. After being assured the food was “coming in a few seconds,” we ended up waiting 90 minutes for just four Caesar salads and one spaghetti Bolognese. For a 5-star resort, this level of delay is simply unacceptable. Overall, while L’Escale Resort looks beautiful and has the potential to be an excellent luxury destination, it’s let down by poor maintenance, weak systems, and extremely slow service. Sadly, what started as a promising family holiday turned into a frustrating experience. Calling the reception from our room rarely worked—no one answered, and even leaving a message led to nothing. LLiulixiaofeixiaChinese boss, there are some in the room, seeing the kettle is like seeing relatives have wood. The bathroom also has a bathtub, hot water is strong, suspected of having a pressurized equipment. The external environment is very good, even received a wedding, and coincidentally watched a happy event. The front desk was friendly and the kitchen food tasted good.

GGuest UserI spent a short stay at this 5-star hotel with my mom. Overall, the hotel itself is very nice. The room was comfortable, well designed, and had all the required amenities. The location is also excellent, which made the stay pleasant, and globally we did enjoy our time there. However, the biggest negative point of this hotel is clearly the service. Some staff members were very good and genuinely made an effort to make us feel welcome. For example, the gentleman who took our luggage up to the room was professional, polite, and did his job perfectly. Unfortunately, not all of the staff are trained at the same level, and this is where the experience really falls short of 5-star standards. We did not receive our welcome drink at arrival. I asked twice for it to be sent up to our room, and both times it was simply forgotten. We also were not given any information regarding the Wi-Fi password, which is a very basic detail in any hotel, especially a 5-star one. These may seem like small things, but in luxury hospitality, details matter a lot. What was most disappointing is not only that these issues happened, but how they were handled. At the end of our stay, we informed the staff about the missing welcome drink and the overall lack of follow-up. There was no real apology, no sense of concern, and no effort to make things right. It felt like it was “okay whatever” for them, which is not acceptable at this level. As clients who are used to staying in 5-star hotels, this was honestly one of the worst service experiences we have had in that category. When staff are not properly trained and do not attend to basic client needs, it directly affects the overall quality and image of the hotel, no matter how beautiful the property is. This hotel has strong potential, but service consistency and staff training clearly need major improvement to truly meet 5-star expectations.

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and the park is lush. The room design is convenient and fashionable with German and French styles. The breakfast is quite rich. There are different choices of buffet and a la carte restaurant for dinner, and the buffet has different themes every night. Especially when checking in and checking out, we received a warm reception from Mr. Lousi, and when he learned that our flight was around 6pm, he provided free late check-out until 3pm, which was a great help to us.
