__WeChat270682****The room was very nice! The world-famous University of California, Berkeley, is nearby. It only takes half an hour by bus. I’m very happy! The scenery of the University of California, Berkeley is also very good, and the teaching building and bell tower are very beautiful.

HHanjiangjunThe hotel is in Silicon Valley, and a Tesla factory is right next to it. After a traffic light, there is a small dining area with several Chinese restaurants. The room is not big, the size of a normal room in China. The hotel gave 3 small bottles of water, and the bed was comfortable. The room is not cleaned and cleaned every day, only towels are changed. Hot water, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, these are not available in almost every hotel in the United States.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right at the Berkeley Pier, the front desk service is good, the sanitation is clean and tidy, and the cleaning sister has a good service attitude. Can communicate in Cantonese in San Francisco, very satisfactory resort hotel

TTripChiThe service from the front desk staff is very good. The location is right next to 880. The transportation is very convenient. It is very quiet and there is not much noise. The disadvantage is that the refrigerator is a bit noisy.
The air nearby is very good and it is safe to walk around at night.

RRachel KayThe lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is in the downtown of Berkeley with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Target) around. Bart and buses are adjacent to the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and blankets are good and warm. The bath amenities are available but you have to squeeze hardly to get out the lotion. The road near to the hotel is under repair, the workers start working quite early in the morning at 7am, thus it really affected us as we didn’t wish to wake up so early. Homeless people are scattered around the hotel therefore you have to exercise care when going in and out of the hotel.
