JJenna룸은 창소를 제대로 안한건지 구석엔 먼지가 의자밑엔 먹다 남은 음식 쓰레기 가 있고 화장실에서는 냄새가 났다
몇호실인지는 모르겠지만 새벽까지 개 짓는 소리가 났고 직원에게 실내용 슬리퍼가 있냐고 물었더니 여긴그런걸 없다면서 처다보면서 웃는데 기분이 좋치 않았다
아침식사는 괜찮았고 룸도 생각보다 넓고 다른 직원들은 모두 친절했다

LLewisI booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.

KKristinMore help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

Yyushujing1The location of the hotel is on the side of the highway, not far from the airport. The overall equipment can only be said to be improvised, which is equivalent to a domestic economical and practical hotel. In the rainy place 🈚️Shower room, the shower is too bad to adjust the size, after the water is turned on, the water will directly squash your skin! And there is only one shower curtain, which doesn't work at all, and there is water all over the bathroom after taking a shower!
The air conditioner is not good and the noise is loud

GGuest UserIn the early hours of the morning, I couldn't sleep for a few hours. I chose the cheapest hotel that can pick up and drop off the plane. There is no high expectation. After staying, I feel pretty good, clean, quiet, and delivered at 3:00 in the middle of the night, satisfied.

Easy check-in, recommend to talk about check-in and check-out date clearly on the day of check-in because I received an error experience from the hotel that check out 2 days before the actual day and having a card swipe (which we use to pay the deposit at check-in) Our added 2 nights and a new deposit Once again, we have to negotiate for refunds. Quite tricky and have to send an email to confirm But got all returned by Trip.com Help to take care of the problem together. Very good. I appreciate it.
The room is spacious and comfortable. But there is no cleaning service during the address.
Breakfast is served enough. There is a waffle machine to make yourself, there is a biscuit for a medium taste.
The location is far from the city, but if you want to do business at the university and hospital, it is quite close, but if you walk You have to be careful, there are some homeless groups.

Everyone we have encountered over the last 2 weeks has been incredibly pleasant and helpful regardless of the time or day or night or the situation at hand. Our door even froze shut and the young lady working overnight did not hesitate to come out into the cold as quick as she could to get us into our room. Thank you!
