The service was good. The food was good. The rooms were clean but the beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the lighting was dim. The pool was closed.

EThe room was tidy, and spacious. The air only goes down to about 66, but it blows like it’s still at about 75. The towels are a bit rough. Didn’t get to utilize any of the amenities due to COVID. However they are there. Outside of checking in and out, I didn’t really need customer service. They were pleasant during both processes though. Other than the air and the towels, my experience was pleasant. I’d recommend staying here.
