Great
GGuest UserExcellent location, within walking distance of Niagara Falls Park. Fully equipped with amenities including a refrigerator and microwave. Spacious rooms. Complimentary coffee and hot water are available in the lobby. Breakfast is average; Chinese guests might not find it to their liking. Parking costs $10 per night. Overall, a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserI needed a place for an overnite stay, no time to enjoy the pool unfortunately, as I was using Moonlite to break up a long drive from Canada... My room was clean, bed was comfortable, although I would have personally preferred softer pillows, just the way I sleep. Microwave and fridge are always welcome, wish there had been a coffee maker as well, but I realize that some places forgo that convenience because they 'disappear'. Dunkin' Donuts is a short drive away, so not a problem. It's an older building, but the owners have made some upgrades, light switches, ceiling tiles, overhead lighs, and an easy to use modern 'deadbolt' that prevents unwanted access... Most appreciated was the help I received from Mary, whose family owns the place... I had a different reservation that needed to be changed (several weeks in advance) and the booking agency, Agoda, was making it difficult. Mary went above and beyond to assist me in cancelling the original, so I re-booked for the different date. Convenient, quiet location (I had a back corner room, and even with the window open, didn't notice much noise at all, despite the nearby highway. They deserve a better rating, when you need a place to stay, give them a try (just avoid Agoda!!)
SShunThe location is excellent, right next to the park and the waterfall, the parking lot is spacious, and the decoration retains the atmosphere of a century-old hotel. The disadvantage is that the apartment design lacks internal passages. The front desk and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and professional.
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was pretty good and clean. Parking is an extra charge, I paid $15 for one night. You can walk to Niagara Falls in about 10-15 minutes, or if you drive, you can go straight into the park and park for $10 per entry.
GGuest UserThe hotel price is very average, sorry for the quality. However, the facilities and scenery here in the United States are very poor. There is no need to come here specifically to see the waterfall. It is best to apply for a Canadian visa. The advantage of the hotel is that it has an indoor parking lot for 10 US dollars a night. It is only five minutes away from the waterfall and border control. minutes walking distance
JJeremyLoh1997It’s an old hotel so a lot of the interior feels old. Service from the reception is good. They even taught you on how to get around the Falls. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water and slippers. Other than that beds are comfortable and room was big.
RreturnofkingAround Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience
GGuest UserGreat location - right at the entrance to national park, right next to Marriott. Rooms were also quite spacious and clean as well. Frankly, I wasn’t expecting it to be good, considering few extreme reviews online, but on the contrary, staff was super polite and friendly.
We reached early, so early checkin was not possible, but we got complementary breakfast.
We booked king bed room, it was quite spacious.
Overall, great place, especially considering the price, which is a fraction of next door mariott.
GGuest UserHotel room was very clean. Hotel staff was nice. Only downfall was second morning of breakfast they ran out of yogurt and some other items for breakfast. But overall very much enjoyed staying here.
GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
