EEliezerThe facility was nice. I just think they should fix the luggage cart for a nicer one . The place was percentable. Staff was not well coordinated. and in the shower light paint was coming off the ceiling. Pool & Gym was nice . Breakfast lady's were very nice and receptionist.

GGuest UserI booked through a third party, and there was some confusion about weather I had pre-paid or not upon check-in. However, it was handled very smoothly by staff, and they allowed me to go up to my room and take a few minutes to check through my records (instead of standing in line with people waiting behind me). I had a King room with sofa, and it was absolutely wonderful. Clean, modern, very comfortable. All the amenities a traveler might want: TV (with Netflix available), microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, extra blanket, etc. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

AAnnagel OlgaThe hotel is located in a good area, right on the corner we were able to have breakfast in a great cafe. Trams ride on the street. Yhe hotel itself is clean, the bathroom was big and clean. But the room was booked for 4 people, and in the room all the bathroom amenities were for 2 people. And there was a misunderstanding with the payment of the hotel, which the employee could not solve, and we had to wait in the morning for another employee to come and sort out the problem.

GGuest UserNice property. Unfortunately the renovation did not benefit all rooms. The location is wonderful, right off the interstate but secluded with woods and walking paths. The indoor pool looks perfect, but unfortunately it’s closed without good reason. Also, the bathroom does not have lotion, toothbrushes, or other toiletries except soap and shampoo. The room has zero water bottles. The gentleman at the front desk was kind but I wish he asked if we needed water bottles or toiletries or if we were rewards members. Water pressure in the shower was weak, but the water was hot and soft.

The room was very large. I booked a room with two beds. The bed was very large and comfortable. Two big and two small can live. Breakfast is also delicious, the first choice next time.

GGuest UserIt's actually quite average. Overall, it's ok to stay. The room price has increased. This is the only way to stay. However, they have a front desk 💰 that can't explain clearly. There are no slippers. Cleaning is done once every 3 days. It's OK. It's quite suburban. You need to bring enough things. It's not hot. There are no shops nearby. The environment of the shop is as shown. The yogurt is OK (〃'▽'〃)
