GGuest UserThe A-C was to loud and disrupted sleep as it it kicked on/off consistently. Most important to me is a good night of sleep. It didn’t happen.
Everything else was great.
Buffet was hot and good for breakfast.

GGuest UserThis property was a great location in Bricktown area. Parking is an issue, yes valet is there at an an addition cost that can be confusing if you don't pick at first. The valet service is worth the price in that they provide versus the self park. Construction was currently in process, mad the lobby area congested and back door open at will. During our stay we. requested room fresh linens and bed service. Staff was friendly and courtesus during the stay at a base level.

CColleen NelsonThis is a GREAT motel...very well kept, spacious rooms with great beds & pillows and nice breakfast . Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Only negatives were a surly desk attendant the evening we arrived after a LONG day of travel, a CLOSED with no explanation pool, a broken pancake machine in the breakfast area and a VERY slippery shower floor...be careful!

GGuest UserThis is an older location. The bathroom tile had been repaired many times. There was trash lying on the hall floor - I saw housekeeping in the floor but the trash was still there hours later into the next day. Breakfast was cold. Not room temp but cold. Eggs, bacon, biscuit. Orange juice was watered down and flavorless. Disappointed. Not the HGI we love and expect.

GGuest UserThe first contract with staff was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Tried to charge me a 2nd time for the room that I already paid for. Was rude when talking to me, talked over me and wouldn't allow me to vintage anything that I was saying. I was told that I could NOT even have someone knock on my door or I would get kicked out. Not sure yet if I will return to this hotel.

GGuest UserThe only problem we had was that I reserved a smoking room but when we arrived the man checking us in said it wasn't a smoking room and would not put us in a smoking room. We made our reservation at this hotel because we knew they had smoking rooms. Pretty disappointed with this stay.

To be their work title the rooms could be cleaner but they suit me just fine they don't bother u at all unless guest are causing problems kiki needs to be the manager bc she goes above and beyond and stays professional
