Very Good
GGuest UserGreat Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff?
Iâm giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst Iâve experienced at a hotel.
The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout âhelloâ before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stayâwhenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout.
The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them.
Itâs a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed.
Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.
JJeffreyG_An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly special, but overall it matches the price you pay. The facilities and services are quite basic, yet reasonable for the budget. Itâs a decent option if youâre simply looking for a place to stay.
2205020****We were given a pool view room, which was spacious. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and just a three-minute drive away, there's the largest supermarket in town, which was incredibly helpful for stocking up on supplies for our road trip. The entire hotel has a great resort feelâit's quiet and clean, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. We stayed for two nights and visited Upper Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Monument Valley.
SSwaggerOur stay was far from positive.
First, check-in was a hassle. We had to use an online check-in machine, and the person assisting us was very difficult to understand, largely because the sole staff member present was busy on a phone call.
Our room was an accessible one and, unfortunately, situated directly opposite the kitchen entrance. Unlike most other rooms on the floor that were carpeted, ours had tiled flooring. This meant we could clearly hear every kitchen trolley and all luggage being wheeled past.
The pool was closed for all three days of our stay, reportedly due to chemical issues, and we were repeatedly told to inquire about its reopening. This was particularly frustrating, as the pool was the main reason we booked our stay.
Finally, despite breakfast being advertised until 9:30 AM, by 9:20 AM, essentials like sugar and milk had already been cleared away.
Suffice to say, we won't be returning.
OookkuuFacilities: The room is large and belongs to the type of homestay. There is everything in the room. There is also a laundry room next door. You can relax and stay with friends for a few days. The parking lot is also spacious.
Check-in and check-out are online operations, very convenient
Hygienic: There is hair on the bed... Points deducted...
Service: After booking the hotel, you will send an email when you check in, which is more at ease
Environment: Basically, there are homestays and hotels around, and shopping may have to be a little farther. But there is a Thai restaurant car at the intersection, which tastes good, and the price is small and expensive as a dining car type.
SsonguoerAnyway, it's not a bad idea to choose a chain hotel for comfort when traveling. It also provides a simple breakfast so you can eat something quickly. The room is quite large and the hygiene is OK. There is a Walmart opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping.
Page Town itself is not big, so it doesn't matter which one you choose when you drive here. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the hotel to Horseshoe Bay, and it takes only about 10 minutes to drive to Antelope Canyon.
BBeihepandehaiersibogecaomaoThe twin room I booked was large, clean and tidy. The breakfast was quite rich. It started at 6:30 and the outdoor breakfast had a great view. There is a scenic spot next to the hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes drive from the Antelope Canyon, very convenient
MMark1688The hotel is fully equipped and has a swimming pool. Unfortunately, I didnât go swimming. The environment is quiet. The price is high. It is recommended to book in advance. I will come back next time.
