AAnonymous UserThe renovated hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable bedding.
The reception staff is friendly, especially Noel, who does her best to accommodate guests' needs.
It takes 5 minutes to O'Hare Airport, 5 minutes to the convention center, and 5 minutes to the fashion outlet.
Breakfast is not recommended because it does not have a variety of options. I recommend Starbucks in the lobby.

GGuest Usercomfy room, friendly and helpful staff who responded to needs efficiently, great shuttle bus overnight pick up, quality breakfast and professional and warm atmosphere, only challenges - coffee maker in room was broken (HUGE hole in the water holder and water poured out of the broken machine all over the desk when trying to use it in the morning, so had to buy a coffee while waiting for a new coffee pot to arrive, and phone in room didn't work so had to go downstairs to notify about coffee pot, breakfast coupons were not given when we checked in and couldn't get out of parking lot with room card so had to call - the staff did tell us that it was a possibility - but the phone number goes to a recording that you need to make choices before getting anyone to help you while trying to get out of parking lot.

It is spacious and generous.
The heater worked well, so we had a good time.
The location is about that, the price is reasonable, and I'm staying comfortably.

ZzzangkoThe hotel's shuttle service for pickup from O'Hare Airport Zone 2E and drop-off at International Zone 5 was excellent. It was also great that we could enjoy the complimentary hotel breakfast and evening social hour. We made good use of the nearby Blue Line Rosemont CTA station with a 1-day Ventra Pass to explore Chicago in winter. I'd like to thank the front desk lady for her friendly assistance with check-in. The deposit was also refunded within two days. However, as we visited in early February, the room was very dry, so it would be advisable to bring a portable humidifier.

GGuest UserIt was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract.

JJHHHCCCCCOverall, the value for money is pretty good. It's not far from the airport and right next to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport.
