Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a very nice experience. Staff was very friendly. The woman at front desk had a great smile and attitude, very accommodating. The room & bathroom looked nice and clean. To my surprise they have some nice shower gel and shampoo. I brought my own but it’s nice to know you will have backup :) the breakfast was good too. I will be coming back a lot. Thanks for creating a lovely environment.
SSnowMonkeyConveniently located in a part of Visalia that has quick access to the freeway, gas and food options. Around 1.5 hours to Sequoia or Kings Canyon national park. They have a small indoor pool on site too. Breakfast was ok (nothing to shout about).
GGuest UserThe included hot breakfast is OK but very ”old-fashioned” standard hotel breakfast. It reminds me of staying in a hotel in the 90's. Rooms need better maintenance. The first room given to us with non-functioning AC. The 2nd room has a loud squeaky bathroom door that can wake people up at night.
AAnonymous UserService is alright. Reception did the necessary work but no additional service offered. Breakfast is good among same tier hotels. Parking is easy and convenient, and the location is also not far from major roads. I understand US hotels no longer offer disposable amenities but it does make walking in the room awkward without a pair of slippers.
JJohnny B GoodThis Best Western is located right near the main road. All of the rooms are facing the main road, so there is constantly a loud noise of cars passing, all night. Some of the cars and trucks are very loud. The hotel only has 2 floors, ground floor and upstairs. They put us in a ground floor room, lots of noise of people walking outside, somebody knocked on our door at midnight (we didn't answer) and there were people standing outside our room talking for a long time late at night. The car park is right outside the room, anyone can go to the car park or rooms at anytime, since it is basically on the main road, so we were somewhat concerned about security.
The front desk service was friendly. And the beds are decently comfortable.
The drive from Best Western to the main trees at Sequoia National Park is around 1.5 hours, with very twirly roads in the Park.
GGuest UserIt’s very comfortable to live in. It’s close to national parks and everything. It’s very convenient to play and there are plenty of food around.
It is recommended to play this kind of hotel, no airbnb. The place I stayed on the first day looked fine online but it was small and broken and there were many bugs. I really recommend the hotel
GGuest UserLocation is amazing, super secluded and away from everything. The stars at night are incredible. Staff were lovely and it has a homely vibe.
