"A beautiful hotel, set in expansive grounds. We stayed in the executive room, a ballroom with a matching bathroom. Everything is meticulously cared for. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The entire property is decorated in a colonial style. The restaurant is a bit further from the room, so it's quite a hike over uneven terrain to get there. This is a drawback, especially if you have limited mobility. A shuttle service could be a solution. The gardens are beautiful and well worth a visit. We had a wonderful time!"

"Pines garden hotel, cleanliness and location is ok but amenities are not enough. We know that the hotel were placed in highland which means low temperatured but why they didn’t put air conditioner on the rooms ? Maybe its unused but somehow we visitors need some clean air"
