If you don’t have it in the room during the day, you can turn on the air conditioner, because the room card is swiping the door regardless of electricity! Secondly, the food at the hotel is delicious! The proprietress is also super enthusiastic. I originally expected to arrive at 2 pm and the result was almost 7 o'clock, but it did not affect the evening meal. Because he has a chef at the hotel, the dishes are super delicious. You can ask the proprietress for a menu of the hotel first, and then order food. It is highly recommended that white meat and dumplings fried bacon, which is very delicious. You can also ask the local specialties of the proprietress, and the breakfast that comes with the hotel is also very rich. GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

GGuest UserThe room was exactly as pictured online, no difference whatsoever, and it was exceptionally spacious. The owners were incredibly welcoming and proactively introduced us to the scenic area's routes. The owner's cooking was generous in portion and delicious. Crucially, the hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to get to the attractions, right in the heart of the scenic area. I booked this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, and it certainly didn't disappoint. There are two charging stations right outside the hotel, which was extremely convenient for us using electric vehicles, especially since it only costs 1.2 kilowatt-hours, very affordable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I travel to Shunan Bamboo Sea. Their food is also very fresh. Five stars! Highly recommended! [Strong]

New and clean were my first impressions of this hotel.
It's a bit chilly this time of year, but the hotel's air conditioning worked very well, and the room warmed up quickly.
The shower water temperature was just right, without any uneven temperatures.
The room service was very attentive; they promptly addressed any issues and provided reasonable solutions, offering customized services to meet guests' needs. (For example, when I mentioned wanting sweet potatoes, the hotel receptionist thoughtfully reserved some for me from the buffet breakfast.)

WwooknyFacilities: The room is quite large, with a balcony, a bathtub (with bath salts and towels), a smart toilet, an indoor swimming pool, and I didn’t see a gym. I don’t know if there is one.
Hygiene: Still very good, very clean
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, a garden-style hotel. After it rained the day before, we went to the pavilion on the mountain the next day and it was a bit slippery when we walked down the stone stairs. The first phase is not very big and the second phase is still under construction.
Service: The service is very good.

🍀It’s a pity that the swimming pool is not constant temperature. It rained when we came so we didn’t go swimming.

GGuest UserThe Little Pony Homestay is in a good location, close to the Forget-your-worries Valley. The room is spacious, clean, and has a nice view on giant farns and bamboo. We stayed there with two kids. The hotel's staff is very nice and helpful. One lady speaks very good English. Besides, she is also a good Majiang teacher. Good food as well!

AAnonymous UserI chose another hotel on the first day, but it was very uncomfortable. I decided to change to this one on the second day. I felt very good when I arrived at the hotel, especially the room, which was bright and comfortable, clean and tidy.
The boss was also very nice. He patiently explained the tour route to us. He also made a panda meal called Quan Bamboo Banquet, which the whole family loved and praised highly.
A B&B worth staying at again, great!
