Ccici9090I first stayed at this hotel almost 11 years ago, and it was my top choice again for my second visit to Oia. Its location is fantastic, right at the entrance to Oia town, which means you can head out for a stroll daily and effectively avoid the crowds. Despite 11 years passing, nothing about the hotel feels outdated. The lobby is quite small, like a tiny library, and the public areas, guest rooms, and pool are still beautiful. The breakfast restaurant offers a great view, though it's a bit cramped. The food tastes pretty good, the room cleaning is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly!

NNevrieWe was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay.
Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀
Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty.
Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day.

GGuest UserExcellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

GGuest UserLove it. Said it’s a two stars hotel but actually all the facilities and services are in 4 stars level. They got a bar near the pool (you will get a welcoming drink there which is so tasty) and multiple types of rooms. They also got a long hour front desk and shuttle service etc…
The room is very cozy and large, and got everything you need even with a kitchen in my apartment. The AC is very enough and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary with Blue Waves and they got a very very romantic and nice decoration which allow us to have an even better experience with them! We love it so much and spent a very wonderful night with Blue Waves!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right under the windmill in Oia. It is a great location to watch the sunset. It is also very quiet. Someone will help you carry your luggage. The room is clean and tidy. The toiletries are the Greek brand apivita. They are very useful and I am attracted to them. They will also give you a set of Bulgari toiletries.
The lady at the front desk is kind and kind. She recommended restaurants on the island. The next morning, she learned that we were going to hike to Fira and had no time to eat breakfast. She asked the restaurant to prepare a simple meal in a hurry. The breakfast on the third day was also worth sitting down and eating slowly.

GGuest UserThe villa is outside the centrum area which is so peaceful, only the alley to go there is a bit difficult for me who has knee problem because of up and down walk, 15-20 minutes walking to the bus stop and 20-25 minutes walking to the centrum which is the top tourists area, there's a nice restaurant nearby with a reasonable price compared to the centrum, the amenities is always refilled, Euginia is very nice and always asking what to refill for the breakfast, the housekeeper name Azad is also nice and very hospitable, the jacuzzi makes us thrill 😆 and the balcony with amazing view to the ocean and Island, overall I enjoyed staying here 😇

戴戴草帽的商人Hotel location is quite good, lying in the yard to watch the sunset, that kind of enjoyment is really only immersive to understand. And the hotel is really close to Fira, walking for ten minutes, but it is much quieter than Fira, very suitable for tourists to stay, we live here on the first day, I feel like if I live here for the next few days. Just fine, not only save money but also comfort. Breakfast is quite satisfactory in the middle of the day, I think it is still good.

AAlexanderWe had a wonderful stay here! The breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. The driver was able to take us where we wanted to go, the snack/bar man was friendly and the woman at th front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We had an amazing time at the pool and it's only 10 minutes or less from the picturesque Oia view. The room had adorable details, down to a welcome basket with a tote bag and bottle of wine. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

AAlex RistevskiAll the staff at this hotel are very polite,friendly and willing to help with whatever queries or needs you may have. Location is the best, close to everything. Pool area and facilities great and special mention to Maggi at the pool and bar area always smiling makes you feel very comfortable. Gentleman Ilia and his wife prepare a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and were fantastic to interact. Yanis at reception and the rest of the staff were great to deal with and anytime I decide in visiting Santorini I definitely stay at this hotel. I have nothing but praise for this place and strongly recommend it.

GGuest UserWe are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service.
The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool.
