"My husband and I were in a group of Swiss retired persons who stayed four nights at this hotel. Although the rooms are dated and our beds made a lot of noise whenever we moved our room was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the kindness, efficiency and pleasantness of all the restaurant and bar staff. All very young, polite and eager to do their best - achieved with great success in my opinion. The food was good. Noting this is a 3 star hotel I was totally satisfied and would return."

In particular there was a cleaner with dark curly hair (a Portuguese or Spanish lady?) she was extremely polite and very welcoming."

"We had a wonderful stay at Visimo Apartments Chur and it worked perfectly for our family of five. One of the biggest highlights was the size of the apartment—it was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to relax, which made a big difference during our trip. The building also has an elevator, which was incredibly helpful when traveling with luggage and kids—something you don’t always find in older properties. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Chur’s charming Old Town. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and explore the area without needing transportation. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely recommend it to families looking for space and a great central location."
