"The room was exceptionally beautiful and spacious, clean and tidy, and check-in was very convenient! The host responded super quickly. One suggestion is to clearly mark the location of the main entrance and the rooms on the first floor. When I was staying, someone from another room knocked on my door, and I thought it was a burglar, but it turned out they just couldn't find their room. It's within a five-minute walk of Brown University, and there's a great coffee shop called Coffee Exchange within a ten-minute walk. Overall, highly recommended!"

"The location of The Beatrice was superb, I arrived via Amtrak and the station is only a 5 minute walk. I received an early check in, without asking which was a fantastic level of service. The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance to all of the things I planned to see during my stay. The room was fantastic ,bathroom exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here again."

"The location is good. There are free light meals from 6 to 10 in the morning. The air conditioning is super cold and the beds are soft. If you stay for several days in a row, the room cleaning service needs to be reserved in advance. Otherwise, it will be cleaned every five days. To change towels, etc., please contact the housekeeping. department"

"This is a low price motel we used only because our furnace is bring replaced and we needed a warm place to sleep. Was a cold night and the door had cold sir blowing furiously under it into the room. I had to get one of the towels and tuck it under the door to stop it. Towels felt like sandpaper. Coffee maker a joke. It malfunctioned and spewed hot water all over the place. Did not like having to give a hundred dollar deposit. We are elderly and not likely to get drunk and rowdy."
