"Aircond ok. Cuma water heater tak berfungsi yaaa. Memang tk panas langsung. Smart tv pulak remote prblem menyebabkan tak boleh buka tv langsung. Minta tukar bateri remote kt receptionist tapi still tak berfungsi. So overall memang tak puas hati sangat sebab water heater dan smart tv tkleh guna langsung. Untuk tido semalam boleh la kot. Prefer hotel lain yang amenities dia berfungsi dengan baik. Kecewa dgn bnda ni."

"Very good location..and responsive to our need when we call to send their technician to do some repair to their pipe tap in the toilet. Breakfast also good variety. Nice view from our room that facing lake"

"Honesty I don’t know why I like to stay at this hotel even if it’s cleanlinesses not that satisfy or facility is not that up to spec. Maybe because I’m driving and there are lots of parking nearby available, no matter it is street parking or open space parking. Also, it’s late check in services, counter is available for check in even I reach midnight. The bed is good. Hardness is good for me as I like to sleep on hard bed. I and my colleague check in the same hotel, for my room, water supply in the shower room is ok but my colleague’s one she told me is slow. I manage to snap some photo of its room defect which you may have a look at it. I have another colleague staying nearby whereby her hotel got provide some light refreshment like coffee but mine only provide one small bottle mineral water. I hope this hotel can upgrade its facility asap so that I can continue to be your guest."

"Stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya for a short getaway and was truly impressed. The room was clean, modern, and had a lovely view of the lake. Staff were polite, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast had a good variety, with local and international options. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Location is great too."

"I booked this hotel mainly to fulfil my kids' request for a swimming pool with a water slide — and on that front, it did not disappoint! The pool area was a big hit with them but some not well maintained. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this large, with 5 blocks/wings that are interconnected via bridges. We booked a twin guest room (without breakfast), and to our surprise, the bed was actually queen-sized — bigger than we usually get, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel also features an arcade and game room, open until 10.00 PM. My kids absolutely enjoyed spending time there after the pool. I had requested a late check-out, and while they could only allow until 1.00 PM (likely due to the school holiday peak), they were kind enough to let us linger around the facilities even after we had checked out and validated our TNG card — really appreciated that gesture. Though our stay was short, the kids had a great time, and we’d definitely consider returning."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable definitely exceeded my expectations. Parking was available at the basement, making it convenient and secure. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk service was excellent and the staff were very informative and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended."

"Easy access to highway. Always my preference hotel whenever I have meeting in Putrajaya. Spacious apartments style complete with all amenities. Breakfast is always good but sometimes too packed. Lots of eateries around. Highly recommended."

"I stayed at Sovotel Conezion Hotel Cyberjaya for a seminar and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and good air-conditioning — perfect for a short business trip. Although the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, there are plenty of eateries nearby, including mamak restaurants, which made it easy to grab a quick meal before heading to my seminar. The location is convenient, staff were friendly, and overall it’s a solid choice for solo travellers or anyone attending events around Cyberjaya and Putrajaya."

"It is one of our favorite hotels in Putrajaya. There was a huge crowd waiting for check in and waited 3 hours just to get a room from 3pm till 6pm, the most unfortunate thing over Malaysia Day. But it was compensated right away by allowing late check out until 3pm, which was super great 👌. Thank you, Palm Garden reception, they managed the crowd patiently, well done !"
