"The main reason I'm giving this hotel a low rating was because they billed me 3 times for the same room, how that occurred was that our company paid for the stay and then they also charged my debit card that I gave them for incidentals, they actually charged my debit card for double the amount and when I tried to get this corrected with the hotel no one seemed to know how to refund my money back including the manager Jason, so if they ask you for your debit or credit card for incidentals you better keep an eye on your bank account or else they might double or triple charge you. Very disappointed with them, hopefully our company will not make reservations there again."

All furnishing brand new, smelled really nice in lobby and room. Comfortable beds and quiet adult hotel 🏨. 💯 percent service and stay."

"I had the most horrible hotel experience at this property, I called the front desk person to report that me and my family was not able to take a shower because the bath tub was clogged, she told me that there was no maintenance during the weekend, and she didn’t offer me switch rooms, so, I had no choice to unclogged the tub by myself to have my kids to take a shower. It was nasty . And respect my room rate "

"The service was good a little pricey but room was dirty blood stain on one of the beds and stains on the couch/funiture there was rust in the bathroom the pool was semi clean overall juts a place to stay when other options are full.(it did take a while for them to bring to new sheets had to call again)"
