"We booked the hotel the night before our daughters wedding, our daughter stayed in the lady Jayne suite (fabulous). Billy is absolutely a top fella , looked after us from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond with his hospitality and kindness. We enjoyed a lovely meal on Saturday evening and then a cracking breakfast on Sunday morning before the wedding. All the team were fantastic, all happy, smiling and couldn’t do enough to help. Billy even went out of his way to get a signed ‘good luck on your wedding day’ from a local sports personality!! Needless to say we give our whole experience 5 stars !!! Thank you all"

"Really disappointing stay unfortunately. Room had a strange smell when you walked in, carpet didn't look like it had been hoovered and was really stained. Toilet seat was broken, we were provided with 2 loo rolls neither of which were full, soap dispenser was nearly empty. We had to ask for another towel as we were only provided with 1. Bar was closed on a Saturday night. Breakfast was continental which would have been fine and we were expecting but was cheap Aldi yoghurts, brown Bananas, sliced bread etc really not well thought out or worth the value at all. Only saving grace were the staff who were friendly. Glad we were only there 1 night. "
