"Spent 5 days at this hotel while visiting a friend in Widnau. Centrally located and walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops and even supermarkets. The bus stops in front of the hotel. They also have a nice restaurant with outdoor dining. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. All spoke fluent English so did not need my translator app on my phone. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area."

"I'm very angry. We came to Oberriet for a very important competition, the Swiss gymnastics championship and I booked 5 rooms months ago. Upon arrival there is an automatic check in. All rooms work by entering names except mine !!!!!! So we had to use the emergency phone. They gave us a reservation number to enter into the computer and nothing even showed up! We waited more than an hour in total and had to wake up early the following day for the race. Then it finally works but the room costs us 280 fr when all the others 140……. We had to wait a little longer on the phone before resolving. But I find it absurd that of all the rooms, mine didn't appear to be the one I had reserved. Furthermore, I had written the day before to ask if it was better to arrive around 12pm or if around 10.30pm would be fine and they replied that it didn't matter. I know of a group of gymnasts who even had to wait an hour the night before before they could get all the rooms. They should ask themselves two questions about the functionality of their system!"

"What an easy check in and the room was very clean. Located just a few steps from famous companies in a nice landscape. The room is very nice with a cute patio, which invites to do some business stuff and/or just enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset before the TV sends you into dreamland in the comfortable bed. The breakfast is uncomplicated and delicious. Unfortunately, my stay was just for one night, but I definitely look forward to my next stay at the Sky Motel. Thank you"
