MM2ia0xdo7****I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. I helped us carry our luggage and introduced local tourism characteristics and surrounding dining and food. The first time I came here to soak in the hot springs, the experience was great.

AAndyI am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China.
If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

LLilytvsThis time I booked a villa room with a private hot spring bath in the courtyard, which was a great experience. First of all, the hotel's surroundings are particularly good, surrounded by mountains and with fresh air. It was after the holidays, so it was very quiet and felt a bit like a paradise. The service attitude of the staff is also great, the food in the Chinese restaurant tastes good and the price is affordable. I especially like the osmanthus flowers that fill the garden, the air is so sweet. The hot spring is a real natural hot spring, and your skin will feel smooth after soaking in it. GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for the third time. The first time I came here in 2013, I didn't call it Nanling Hotel. It seems to be Longhuashan Hot Spring Hotel. The facilities are indeed old, but they can be renovated compared to more than ten years ago. The toilet bathtub in the bathroom is very new, and the double bathtub on the balcony has not been there before. The fresh taste of the dinner ingredients in the restaurant is OK. Red plums are just blooming during the Spring Festival of Meiguan Ancient Road nearby, and they are all fragrant in the mountains. There are also white plums, green plums, pearl plums, palace pink plums, and ramen. Early December should be the best time to enjoy the plum. The hotel is still being renovated, and the bathroom is not meticulous enough, and the sewer is obviously not cleaned up. Check out at 7:30 in the morning, contact in advance to want a breakfast, reply to breakfast at 8 o'clock to serve...
