I was very satisfied with the online booking. The Firefly Inn is located in the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area, with convenient transportation. The environment and facilities are very warm and cultural. The owner was enthusiastic and took the initiative to pick us up at the hotel. The service was very thoughtful. It is worth recommending to friends. We had a wonderful time at Home of Mountains. The rooms, and the hotel itself, were beautifully decorated and very clean. Every day there was a varied breakfast and a lovingly prepared afternoon tea. Coffee lovers will also be happy here; there are several special coffees to try. The staff and the owner were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We were given tips for the surrounding attractions, so that even though the scenic area was closed one day due to bad weather, we were able to explore the area. There is a pool on the hotel grounds that you can use at any time—perfect for cooling off after a day in the mountains. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the scenic area, and even from the grounds you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We can absolutely recommend the hotel; if we come to the area again, it would definitely be our first choice. Thank you for the wonderful time!

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

Great brand, high quality, Ramada is excellent. The location is superb, close to tourist attractions, and the parking lot is large. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a business room, which I really appreciate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the service quality was high. The restaurant on the third floor has good dishes, and the breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of options.

If you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, it's a good idea to request a room closer to the elevator when you check in.

There are only dental kits set up inside the room.They'll only provide the other amenities when you request. Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a bus stop downstairs, making it convenient for travel. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. There is a small step in the bathroom, and the bathroom mirror light is designed with an automatic switch, which is convenient for getting up at night. The light automatically turns on and off, which is very considerate of customers. I must praise the front desk sister, especially Xiao Wei, who is very friendly to guests and took the initiative to upgrade our room. I originally only stayed for one day to see the situation, but then I decisively extended it to 3 days. My wife said that I will stay in this hotel next time.

When we arrived at the address given by City Comfort Inn we’re stunned to find the place an abandoned building. For a minute we thought we’re victims of a hotel scam. But a call to the hotel quickly sorted out the actual location which was just a little down the road. The hotel seemed to be newly renovated with clean rooms and well maintained facilities. However what we loved most was the location of the hotel. It was practically next door to the Shaoguan East Railway station & the bus station. From here we easily caught a bus to Danxia Mountain. At night we enjoyed walking to and along the FengDu Lu BuXingJie for our dinner. The next morning it was a breeze making our way to the Shaoguan Railway Station to take our train back to Guangzhou City Comfort Inn fitted naturally and perfectly into our itinerary!

Hiking all day was tiring, but the hotel's Yao-style bath was very relaxing. The hotel's facilities were excellent; they even provided body lotion, sewing kits, and all the disposable toiletries were of good quality, showing the hotel's attention to detail. If you're driving, I recommend coming during the day. There's a long road leading to the hotel, and during the day you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
