FFei。The location of the homestay is very convenient, and the surrounding area is very smooth for eating and shopping. The room was very clean and tidy, and the layout was very stylish. At first glance, it took a lot of thought and it was very comfortable to live in. The landlord is super good. From the communication before check-in to the check-out, he is very patient. He will answer all questions. He also gave a lot of local suggestions. He feels as kind as a friend.
The bedding is also very comfortable, sleeps very fragrant, there is no strangeness of staying in the hotel, but there is a kind of warmth of going home. In short, this stay experience is full, I have recommended this homestay to my friends, and I will choose here next time!

MMeishimeijingmeirenThe location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, so it's easy to try different cuisines.
The hotel's design is unique, with direct river views. The butler communicated with us beforehand, and check-in was smooth. We arrived early, and our room was already prepared. The travel guide provided was detailed and thoughtful.
Coming back in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find freshly made strawberry cake at the ground floor cafe! It made our New Year's Eve celebration perfect.
Definitely a hotel worth revisiting.

__WeChat220643****I just booked this hotel randomly, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the familiar scent of lavender. We often use lavender diffusers at home too, so I instantly felt relaxed. The guy at the front desk was super genuine; check-in took less than two minutes, and he even proactively told us about a great local restaurant nearby that locals frequent, completely unlike a typical sales pitch. We stayed in a king room, and it was spotless inside. The sheets and duvet covers felt really comfortable, and the pillows were soft. There was absolutely no noise at night, and I slept soundly until morning. The shower water heated up quickly, and the water pressure was good – a hot shower was incredibly refreshing. The biggest surprise was the location: just a few steps downstairs to the riverside. Taking a walk and enjoying the breeze in the evening was fantastic. There are snack shops all around, and if you get hungry late at night, delivery arrives in about fifteen minutes. Plus, parking is free if you're driving. The value for money here is truly unbeatable!

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at the Lavande Hotel in Shaoguan! I originally booked a twin room, but the window faced the opposite building, so I felt I couldn't open it for ventilation! Also, the air conditioning wasn't very comfortable. I told the front desk staff, and they immediately came to adjust the air conditioning, but it didn't solve the problem! Later, they very kindly upgraded us to a river-view room! Although the air conditioning issue wasn't resolved and the wind was too strong, at least we could open the window for ventilation! It was a bit noisy outside because it faced the road, but it was still acceptable! Plus, the room was quite comfortable and spacious! I was quite satisfied!

AAndyI am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China.
If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

HHezigege123Great brand, high quality, Ramada is excellent. The location is superb, close to tourist attractions, and the parking lot is large. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a business room, which I really appreciate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the service quality was high. The restaurant on the third floor has good dishes, and the breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of options.

* The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly, granting my request for a late check-out until 2 PM.
**Things to note:**
* This is a large hotel, and the corridors on each floor can be quite long. If you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, it's a good idea to request a room closer to the elevator when you check in.

Good location. The hotel itself is very close to the train station. Besides that, the building itself has a shopping mall and there are few different types of cuisine restaurants in it.
Uniqueness and cleanliness. It's quite interesting that they have the room type of loft design. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is good.
Bar. There are quite a few types of interesting craft beers which quite nice to try out.
Cons:
Amenities in room. There are only dental kits set up inside the room.They'll only provide the other amenities when you request.
Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

GGuest UserI've stayed in Shaoguan several times, and this is by far the best hotel. Firstly, the location is great, close to the Mall City. Secondly, the hotel is new, and all the facilities are excellent. There are a couple of downsides though: first, people who aren't hotel guests can also use the pool, making the crowd a bit mixed. Second, the charging stations in the parking lot and on the ground floor are just for show; I had to drive to Sinopec to charge my car. I hope they can improve this.

YYvonne312110The most comfortable hotel to stay in during the May Day holiday🏨, the hotel lobby is very unique, the lady with work number 10282 is cordial, the room facilities are complete, the small details are full of Zen, the scenery outside the balcony is really refreshing, soaking in a radon hot spring to relieve fatigue, the Jade Guanyin statue of Zizaitian is eye-opening, and there are many surprises when hiking through the back mountain of the blessing square, full of negative ions! Children can observe the beauty of the peacock's open tail up close, and the elders like the sea of roses of various colors. I recommend this hotel worth a second visit!
