The biggest surprise was the location: just a few steps downstairs to the riverside. Taking a walk and enjoying the breeze in the evening was fantastic. There are snack shops all around, and if you get hungry late at night, delivery arrives in about fifteen minutes. Plus, parking is free if you're driving. The value for money here is truly unbeatable!

I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to fix it (which took an hour). By then, it was quite late, so I didn't get to soak for long. I thought it would be fine the next morning, and I could have a good soak after breakfast, but to my surprise, even after running the hot water for half an hour, it still hadn't reached 30°C. So, I called the front desk twice more to report the issue (it's worth noting that the phone in the room was completely useless, so I had to use my own cell phone for all communications). And guess what? The engineer didn't arrive for another hour, by which point I had completely lost interest. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had in all my years of using Trip.com.
