"The hotel we chose for our National Day family trip was a real surprise. This is the fourth hotel we've stayed in during the holiday, having stayed at Hiltons, Marriotts, and high-rise hotels. They gave us a gift and a scenic spot ticket. They guided us to the front door. Because it was late at night, the courtyard lights were off. After checking in, I gave my child a bath and went to bed. The next day, I woke up and saw the courtyard, which was truly stunning. My child was also pleasantly surprised. The hotel is directly connected to the scenic spot, thanks to the overall planning of the project. I was very satisfied and highly recommend! [Three Suggestions] 1. The TV remote in room 6101 was dead. I wasn't sure, but when I opened the battery compartment, I saw bite marks from the previous guest. Apparently, I'm not the first person to experience this. 😂 Since it was already past 10:00 AM when I checked in, I didn't want to bother the front desk staff. 2. Each person in the room should have two pillows, one high and one low, or one firm and one soft. One pillow is definitely too low for me, so I made do with the sofa. 3. There were a lot of mosquitoes. I know, with a lawn in the front yard and a water feature in the back, it's hard to avoid them. There was a mosquito repellent lamp in the yard, but it wasn't turned on. It would be best to implement specific countermeasures to address this issue."
