"Housekeeping service is slow. The dining tables are always dirty. Room tidiness and cleanliness are good, but they constantly forget things. Sometimes it's the slippers, other times it's the towels. Every time I call them, it takes forever for them to bring it, and if I don't keep following up, they won't bring it at all. Room service is poor."
