"Check-in took approximately 1.5 hours. Our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke and required a room change. We had requested two twin beds and one king bed, but all rooms were prepared with king beds. The hotel offered complimentary karaoke hours to compensate us. Breakfast on both days was unpleasant due to guests occupying our table while our belongings and food were still there, as well as guests handling buffet food with bare hands. Unfortunately, staff did not manage the situation effectively."
