"The shower water was a major issue. At 10:30 PM, there was no hot water. Hot water finally came on at midnight, but after showering, my body felt like it was covered in a film, which was incredibly uncomfortable. When combined with their rough bedding, it created a chain reaction – every move gave me goosebumps. Neither my husband nor I could sleep. Regarding the service, when we discovered there was no hot water at 10:30 PM, we called the front desk. For 20 minutes, no one responded to us. We called again, and they told us to wait another 5 minutes while they found a maintenance person. After another half hour of waiting, I called, and they still told me someone would be there in 5 minutes. My husband went directly to the front desk and saw staff coming up to address the issue. The person came, but their 'repair' consisted of turning the hot water tap on and off repeatedly. Finally, they told me to wait another 10 minutes. Then another person came, also just opening and closing the tap. My husband asked them to check if other rooms had hot water, and only then did they go to check, but those rooms also had no hot water. I suspect their main water heater tripped and wasn't reset, and no one would have reset it if we hadn't complained. But that's just a suspicion; no one told us the real reason. Finally, after waiting another 15 minutes, we had hot water, but as I mentioned, it was terrible water, and my body felt awful after showering. July is the off-season, so I understand there weren't many guests. However, the hallway on the floor with occupied rooms had no air conditioning. The next morning, when we checked out, the front desk acted as if nothing had happened, asking if we had a good stay without offering any proactive apology. This shows very poor management; information isn't communicated, and they clearly don't care about the guest experience. The hotel facilities are old. Next to that supposedly beautiful pool is an abandoned, half-built concrete structure – an eyesore that's quite frightening to look at."

The overall facilities such as breakfast, the pool, and the sauna added more plus points for us. Our Car which was dirty due to the bad condition of the highway was cleaned by one member. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service, convenient location, stylish accommodations, and friendly staff."
