Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western ★★★
"Convenient for travelers. A little dated."
Cities of Gold Casino ★★★
"There was a spider that crawled unto the bed and when I called the front desk they were so rude. Saw a roach on the table too."
Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder ★★★★
"Nice hotel, the room is large and clean. We had a comfortable stay. The breakfast is not buffet, but 40$ credit in a restaurant, enough for two people, not too bad."
Comfort Inn & Suites ★★
"The location was great. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Parking lot is lit well for security. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. We will stay here again when we visit family. Actually, this was our second time staying here."
Eldorado Hotel and Spa ★★★★
"A nice hotel located just a block from Lensic & Georgia Okeefe musuem and just a five minute stroll to plaza. Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage."
Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe ★★★
"Always a hit particularly with a kick back hour and breakfast"
Hotel St Francis ★★★★
Courtyard Santa Fe ★★★
"This was a very enjoyable experience. We had a slight issue with our shower and someone came by our room within 10 minutes and had it fixed. The pool and hot tubs were great. I would definitely stay here again."
Motel 6 Santa Fe, NM - Downtown ★★
"Good location, otherwise average."

Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi

La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa
"It was difficult to drag my luggage to the room."
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe
"The resort is a 15 minute drive outside Santa Fe – up in the mountains. The resort is beautiful, and the walk between our casita and the restaurant was quite pleasant. There are hiking trails on the property. This really felt like a retreat. The absolute highlight was the s’mores. When we arrived, our kiddo noted the roaring fire by the lobby and mentioned s’mores – and the front desk staffer asked if we wanted s’mores sent to our room. It turns out there are complimentary s’mores!!!! A “fire butler” came to our room and started a fire in our fireplace – and s’mores were delivered. It so cozy to fall asleep with a roaring fire. It felt totally luxurious. We took advantage of the fire butler and had s’mores on subsequent nights as well. For the most part, the staff was great – and anticipated our needs, but they were definitely short-staffed in the restaurant. At breakfast, there was a delay to be seated on most days – with much of the harried waitstaff avoiding eye-contact. Once seated, however, the waitstaff was very pleasant – but again, seemed harried. Took awhile to take our order – or to check in again once food was served. On a couple nights, we had dinner at the bar – and were pleasantly surprised to find that both the bar menu and the full dinner menu were available at the bar. The food was delicious, and the sunsets, viewed from the bar, are spectacular. The spa was lovely and peaceful, but it is spread out. To access the spa services, it was necessary to leave the locker room and go outside to a separate waiting area. After my spa service, I booked a private pool area. It was very relaxing – and in retrospect, I wish I had booked more time in the spa. The only (minor) issue was with our casita. The casita was lovely – with a sitting area outside and a fireplace in the room. When we arrived, however, the French doors that opened to our sitting area were not completely closed – and we could not get the door securely closed and locked. The fire butler could not figure out how to secure the door either. We felt a little uneasy sleeping on the 1st floor with an unlocked door, but the door was fixed the next day. The other issue – which may have been a quirk of our particular casita – was that there was no door to the bathroom. Outside the bathroom was a foyer with a closet, safe, fridge and kitchen appliances. The door that separated the bathroom area was beyond the foyer. So whenever someone was in bathroom, no one could access the closet or safe or fridge."
Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection
Piñon Court by la Fonda
"Location is good. All within walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast is wonderful."
La Fonda on the Plaza
"I rarely leave negative hotel reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing — honestly, one of the worst hotel room experiences I have ever had. If a zero-star rating were available, I would choose it without hesitation. I stayed in **Room 130**. First, the air conditioning was poorly designed. The cold air blew directly toward the head of the bed, and the vent could not be adjusted effectively. It was very uncomfortable throughout the night: with the A/C off, the room felt stuffy; with it on, the air blew directly at my head. Second, the window insulation was extremely poor. I could clearly hear people talking outside my window from inside the room. For a hotel, the most basic expectation is to provide a quiet place for guests to rest, but this room failed to do that. The worst part was that around **3:40 AM**, a truck stopped right outside my window and began unloading. This continued until around **7:00 AM**, and the truck’s engine was left running the entire time. The noise and vibration were constant. I could barely sleep and ended up getting less than **three hours of sleep** that night. In my opinion, the only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, this stay did not meet even the most basic expectations of a hotel: quiet, comfort, and the ability to rest. The combination of the A/C blowing directly at my head, the terrible window insulation, and the early-morning truck noise made the experience extremely unpleasant. If you care about sleep quality or need a quiet place to rest, I would not recommend this room. I would strongly suggest being very careful before booking this hotel."
Inn & Spa at Loretto
"A shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential. I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life. I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a "warm" temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the "happy medium". Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question. This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this."
