"Hotel staff, in particular lady on reception were great, friendly and genuinely really helpful! Even booking a taxi for us at end of stay cheaper than a tuk tuk would have been. However the room left a lot to be desired. The bed sheets and both pillows were heavily stained and one of the stains was blood, which was a large stain on the inside of the bed sheets. The room was covered in gecko poo and a gecko nest was behind the aircon unit. The hotel staff got one gecko out in the day time but two much larger ones were in the nest that came out at night and we found it very difficult to sleep here. Luckily was only for one night as we would not stay here again. Positive was the shower had hot water and was reasonably powerful"

"Excellent value for money -hotel is locatwd in an abandoned shopping mall on 4th floor. Big room, comfy beds, aircon wotking well, small efficient fridge, hot water but low water pressure. Some small ants issue. Very qhiet after 21:00 until around 08:00. Staff was friendly but indifferent. Place is a bit outside, use Xanh taxi. Can recommend this place, would stay here sgain"

"We had a great time staying in this property. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Otto the front desk manager. Rooms are clean and basic amenities provided but the bedding a bit too hard. The restaurant situated by the poolside which located on the 2nd floor of the Suite. Serving breakfast at 200bht per pax, lunch and dinner buffet at only 250bht per pax. There’s a golf course, spa, fitness room, business center and a water park in front of the resort for children. Whereby in the casino there’s a nice island bar serving alcohol and a great selection of wines too. Overall staying here was quite comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended."

"I booked this place because it's opposite the Thai consulate, but it's really not worth the price. I arrived two hours early, but the lobby is open-air and too hot to sit in. I also paid extra for half a day's stay, bringing the total to almost 500 baht per day. The first room smelled strongly of durian, and each subsequent room smelled of smoke. I just wanted to shower and rest, so I gave up and didn't change rooms again. There were tons of mosquitoes. I was resting in the afternoon when a staff member suddenly swiped their card to enter my room. The management is a complete mess."

"I booked big room with windows and I can't even open windows because there is nothing to watch from windows and even the air not flowing and everytime smelly the room and bathroom especially and room service was very bad they clean the room just in 5 mintutes not even cleaning properly and the hotel staff was not friendly but they helping that was good, I pay 60 dollars per night i think that's not worthy to this hotel"
