"I had a wonderful stay at Orange House. The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere overall. There weren't many guests during my visit, which made for a great experience. The hot spring water was excellent; after a soak, my skin felt smooth and delicate, truly helping to relieve travel fatigue. The food was also impressive; both the quality of ingredients and the presentation were thoughtfully done, with rich flavors and local characteristics. The staff were warm and attentive, making the entire check-in and stay process even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, whether you're looking to experience hot springs or simply enjoy a relaxing holiday."

"Facilities: Very old, which is exactly the style I love. Cleanliness: First-class, fresh air, and the hot springs ♨️ were excellent. Environment: It happened to be pouring rain ☔️, which made for a perfectly beautiful view with the stream gurgling. Service: Fantastic. "I visited this ryokan with high expectations, given its rich history and tradition, and I'm so glad to say it met them all. I made some wonderful memories here. While the cleanliness was a slight concern due to the nature of tatami flooring, I was completely satisfied with everything else, from the service and meals to the hot springs!"

"This stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than I expected. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby, and transportation is very accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The location is far from Shuzenji Onsen Street. It takes a quarter of an hour to walk with the luggage. Fortunately, the attractions to be seen are within this range. The hotel requires changing into slippers in the lobby, but you can still walk in with your luggage. I don't know how the floor can be kept clean. In addition, the hotel slippers are cold and slippery, and not convenient to wear. What's even more bizarre is that the hotel doesn't clean the rooms. They just put the towels, bath towels and bed sheets that need to be changed at the door for guests to do it themselves. This is the first time I've encountered such a hotel. Bad review. That is the level of a farm stay. The only good thing was that the dinner was great and rich, with a small hot pot and sea crab legs. The service staff seemed to be Indian, very warm and thoughtful. There was no service in the room or the hot spring house. There were no towels in the hot spring house, and the floor was covered with hair and lint, which was very dirty."

"I stayed here as a solo traveler with no meals included. The bath was equipped with hot spring water, but the only ventilation was from outside, so insects kept coming in. However, bathing while basking in the sunlight streaming in from the mountain view was pleasant. The room was spacious and I think it would be just right for two people. The futon was double-layered and fluffy. The comforter was also fluffy, but it made me too hot, so I wish they had provided a thin blanket as well. The basic amenities were all there. I was impressed that they always provided lotion and milk. There was a yukata and haori for indoor wear, but I wish they had also provided a jinbei. The toilet was equipped with a washlet that automatically flushes after use. However, the toilet's hand basin was difficult to use because the water pressure was weak and I wish it had a little more force. The washroom/changing room had good hot and cold water pressure and was spacious, so it was nice. Meals at the inn are by reservation only. As there is no restaurant on-site at the inn, we walked a little ways to eat out, but most of the restaurants are open irregularly so it might have been better to make a reservation with meals included. Next time I stay, I would like to make a reservation with meals included."

"My stay at Izu Shuzenji Marriott exceeded all expectations! Japanese hotels are generally quite compact, but this one was exceptionally spacious. Both twin beds were 1.5 meters wide, and there was a sofa, providing ample space to move around. The room even came with a private onsen bath, which was incredibly healing. Perched on a mountaintop, the hotel offered expansive views, though it was cloudy during my visit, so I missed seeing Mount Fuji. The restaurant's window seats had an amazing ambiance. Both the food and the environment were excellent, and the service was attentive. This is definitely my top choice for a hot spring getaway in Izu. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is located in uphill. It is difficult to walk up to the hotel, better to plan your itinerary with free shuttle schedule. The free shuttle bus schedule stored in the hotel website but the file I couldn’t able to download. You can call the hotel for details. The hotel facilitates are good but every single spot are not walking distance. It is suggested to buy some snacks/food before going up to the hotel. If you play golf, they have a view of Mt Fuji. The staff here are polite and willing to answer your questions."
