"Good location close to the beach. I had a sea view, not bad, but the mountain view on the opposite side is much more beautiful. The bed was a bit hard but I slept like a stone. The breakfast, mostly Thai, is an unusual good offer. They offer fresh ground coffee."

"The hotel is mid size but I feel very cozy throughout our stay. The room we stayed was by the pool. Very convenient for families. Breakfast was superb; all kinds of western food, Chinese, noodle stall and Thai food was brilliant, speaking as Thais. The beach is clean and also small good vibe bar and massage place by the beach next to hotel. Sunrise is breathtaking. My mom never asked to extend stay anywhere lease but here. Unluckily , the hotel was fully booked after our checkout date. We definitely going back there again."

"Stayed for one night and was impressed by everything! Upon check-in, we received a welcome drink of iced lemon tea and a cold towel. The lemon tea was so refreshing and delicious, I only wish I could have had more. The staff member who escorted us to our room, a lovely front desk attendant, was incredibly kind and brought us right to the door. Our luggage arrived just a moment later. On the day we checked in, there was a seminar group, and they informed us and apologized for any inconvenience right from the start. Entering the room, the air conditioning was wonderfully cool; they had turned it on in advance, which was brilliant. The room was spacious, the bed was soft with plenty of pillows, and the hot water in the shower was easy to adjust – no sudden temperature changes. Usually, when I stay elsewhere, I always bring my own hairdryer, but the one here was substantial and worked really well. We received a complimentary minibar and welcome snacks from the housekeeper. The breakfast had a great variety; the green curry and grilled pork were especially delicious. Initially, the staff mentioned that the hotel was at 100% capacity for the day, and I was a bit worried about getting a table and the breakfast offerings. However, it wasn't an issue at all. Food was constantly replenished, and there was good table turnover with staff always on standby to clear tables. Overall, I was very impressed! I would definitely come back to stay here again."

"Good service. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the view is great. Just cross the road in front of the hotel and you're at the beach. I booked 4 twin rooms but they all turned out to be single beds, even though I specified twin beds when booking. However, the staff came up and arranged the beds to be pushed together, but there was still a gap. Overall, it was okay, and the room was clean."

"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "The hotel is a large, well-established property that, while somewhat dated, has been maintained to a satisfactory standard. Overall cleanliness is acceptable and meets expectations. I stayed in a Premium Sea View room, which offered an impressive, unobstructed ocean view—something increasingly uncommon in newer developments. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning air conditioning system and a supportive bed that ensured a pleasant stay. That said, there were a few minor usability issues, such as the sink faucets being positioned too closely together, making them somewhat inconvenient to operate. Breakfast was adequate, offering a reasonable selection. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the amenities provided, the pricing represents good value for money."

"Get a room on the building, stay for 2 nights, the 2nd day came to clean but did not change the blanket. In the room there is no tissue paper to wipe your face, you have to bring your own. But there is only toilet paper in the bathroom The door to the room is not very close, there is a quite large door channel, making it not soundproof. The sound of people from the corridor, walking, the sound of A very loudly slipped into The TV remote control is difficult to use and various symbol characters. Very empty, rarely seen. The advantage here is that the water from the shower is strong. Accommodation on the beach road, convenient, the shop 7-11 is a little far away, but can walk."

"Good location. Easy access to Hua Hin and Cha Am along route 4. Spa is excellent! Swimming pool is peaceful with breeze, birds chirping, and waves. An excellent relaxation place. Wave watching is calming. We got to witness a beach wedding!!! Breakfast is wonderful. The view is great everywhere!"

"1. Trouble with the parking lots….not enough spce for the guests. 2. Trouble with the area and tables for breakfast… the line-up and the que of breakfast, the quantity for the tables for guest are not enough and the guest have to wait….this is my very new experience for the service of 5-star hotel. Though I already paid for 2-day breakfast in the booking, so I decided to leave the breakfast for the last day and find good breakfast in the city. 3.
