"Really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable beds and homey furnishings. Also supports local artists with the pieces on the wall being for sale. Downstairs living room has coffee and food available whenever as well as board games and a VCR that you can use. Innkeepers seem very friendly (but not intrusive). Easy walk to shops/restaurants/beach. Loved the whole town of Seaside - definitely appreciated the character and grittiness of it in comparison to Cannon Beach."

Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront

"This is an older hotel in a great location. Pay the extra for a view. The beds are old and need to be replaced as of this date July 2023. The first room one can tell the bed needed to be replaced by the look. Then attempting to sleep, it was lumpy. I had to complain to front desk and they moved us rooms and that bed too was old but better than the first room. The one person at the front desk did us good."

"A small seaside hotel, very clean, the beach sand can be spotless is very not easy, the front desk is very welcoming, the scenery of the room is also beautiful, the hotel can provide bicycles for you to ride along the beach. The beach is very cold, and it is really wonderful to come back and open the fireplace to see the sea at night. This is indeed not an international chain hotel, but this small seaside hotel will give you a completely different feeling."
