"The first time I lived in a wild cabin, this is located in the small town of Hoffen, a few steps away from the Blue Ice Cave Hiking Gathering Camp in Glacier Adventure, which is very convenient.
The cabin is spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a separate spacious kitchen for simple meals. It is perfect for a family or three or four friends.
The breakfast was also hearty, that is, the indoor heating was not too sufficient. The overall experience is very good. The key was that night, I was lucky to see a large aurora, right at the door of the cabin, which was amazing."

"The location is better to find, when you are on the 1st highway, you can see the steeple church on the north side of the uphill slope. The hotel's environment is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is simple, and all the ingredients needed for the sandwiches are made by themselves. This is basically the case in Northern Europe. The hostess is warm but feels a bit harsh."

Breakfast is served in the early hours and for lunch and dinner - guests can try out the multiple restaurants located in Hofn. For fun - guests can snowmobile - go on glacier trips - go ice climbing - mountaineering - glacial lagoon cruising - visit the swimming pools with hot tubs at Hofn - golf - or visit the folk - natural history and maritime museums.
"Facilities: Very good, the heating was excellent. No elevator though.
Hygiene: Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Environment: Great location, right by the sea with ocean views.
Service: The front desk manager was very welcoming and thoughtful during check-in, even helping guests with their luggage. However, the housekeeping department was poor. They unauthorizedly opened and discarded items that guests had left behind in their room."

"The room and the shared area are clean but one disadvantage is that you can hear each movement from your upstairs or outside your room, even they walked. Besides, the self- service laundry is a bit overpriced for us although maybe I do not have much idea on how the market price in Iceland shall be. The location is quite ok and parking is convenient. And there is sufficient space for the shared area to no matter enjoy your meal or take a rest. By the way, the bed is too soft for us and the amenities in the room is quite simple especially the coat hanger."

"We stayed in this cabin for a one night and were very impressed by how comfortable and well equipped it was. The kitchenette had a microwave and a kettle to prepare simple meals, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The floor heating created a cozy atmosphere, especially in the mornings. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sea, where the fresh air and views are breathtaking. One of the highlights was the many sheep grazing nearby, which gave the area a peaceful, countryside charm. It’s an ideal place to relax and recharge, highly recommended!

"The location of the apartment is very good. The main entrance faces the sea. The key is on the door. There is a walkie-talkie at the entrance on the first floor. If you have something, you can ask the triple room entrance here. You can park behind the house. Self-driving cars can park behind the house. There is also a parking lot in front of the door. The kitchen utensils of the apartment are very clean, the room can accommodate 6 people, and the room layout is very warm. There are no toiletries, you have to bring your own. The seafood restaurant across the road from the apartment tastes good."
