"I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. Even the exterior looked shabby and run-down, both at the front and in the courtyard. Everything was grimy and gave the impression that nobody cared about anything. The room was reasonably clean, but everything was far too old and dated. The breakfast room was uninviting and lacked any charm, as did the breakfast buffet itself. I wouldn't book it again."

"Automated check-in possible. Quite convenient. Refridgerator, but no mini-bar in the room. Snacks can be bought on a truster basis near the reception. Mostly quiet hotel with spaceous rooms. The cleaning personnel comes around 11h and is quite noisy. Free parking with no additional costs. All in all a recommendation for a trip to Hamburg or Schleswig Holstein."

"The upgraded room is worth the money, lovely terrace and lots of other sitting areas in the house. Very relaxing Restaurant food is amazing and very generous portions too. Breakfasts also generous and plenty of variety. Make sure you use the wellness area. I didn't realise it was included"
