"The upgraded room is worth the money, lovely terrace and lots of other sitting areas in the house. Very relaxing Restaurant food is amazing and very generous portions too. Breakfasts also generous and plenty of variety. Make sure you use the wellness area. I didn't realise it was included"

"I arrived last Friday room 225. In the night I was waking up from unpleasant crabs at four. I paniced I turned on the light and saw the reason many crabs everywhere in bed some crushed blood I stayed back I reached no one at the reception and the rest of the night I spent in the seat with light . In the morning I shared it with the lady at the reception with no reaction had anyone ever complained. No one came to my room nothing. I traveled and I got red jucking pusles around the whole body once a little thicker, my wife called Sunday at the hotel and painted the situation. The lady thought they could not imagine it was very unfriendly and right patch. You don't see anything . With daylight probably not but in bed the blood traces and the broken animals I went to the doctor diagnosis today; bed shirts flea bites. A very unpleasant stay does not worse the reaction of the staff"

Negative: spartanly furnished rooms, no breakfast buffet, you are not informed that there is an a la carte breakfast, which deserves the term "breakfast" and is better than the hotel breakfast. Too few and then overwhelmed staff. Old cobwebs in the toilet."

"Have been coming there for many years, now booked the room through the hotel itself, unfortunately the booking did not go through properly so another room on the 2nd floor above the kitchen, woke up at 5:30 am by noises from the kitchen, and no additional pillows, shower rod holder in shower cabin fell down, breakfast was also super good and the furnishings have been the same for years. Didn't see staff from previous years."
