"When I stayed here, the room happened to have no water in the toilet so when I had to take a shower I had to use the room of my relative next door. The mattress had lots of stains so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep in. If you bring small children, it’s quite okay because there’s a swimming pool, the size is just right for children, but for adults, it’s still okay for soaking. At night, some of the lights in the room were off so it was a bit dark. In front of the complex, there’s a slide for children. Yesterday, check-in was only allowed at 2 pm, so early check-in wasn’t possible. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk but you have to pay. The location is on the side of the road so it’s easy to find."

"I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities."

"Very disappointing with the unprofessional attitude of Mrs. Rina marketing in responding to reports which caused unpleasant things and made us uncomfortable. The incident started when we rented karaoke equipment for 300 thousand/day from the resort. When we were using it at 22.00 WIB, the hotel staff told us that the time limit for karaoke was to be turned off, so we obeyed because it was the rule & so as not to disturb other residents, at 23.00 WIB the hotel staff came again. On the orders of Mrs. Rina, she will take the karaoke equipment on the grounds that the rental time has expired. This is what annoyed me, there was no agreement to rent the equipment, the limit was until 22.00 WIT & I used the karaoke equipment within the karaoke time limit... How come I was even accused of disturbing other residents even though it was clear after 22.00 WIT that I was not doing karaoke & secondly The hotel staff who came to the villa knew about it..... Sorry to Mrs. Rina, if you receive a report, check it first, trace it & make sure the origin of the noise is not immediately condemned & take a policy that causes discomfort to consumers who are part of the assets/source of foreign exchange for hotel."

"The location is average, far from the mall, there are Chinese restaurants around, the breakfast is OK, suitable for Chinese tastes; the big bed in the room is very comfortable, the soundproofing is also very good, you can sleep peacefully"

"staying at this hotel is really an unforgettable experience!as soon as you enter the room,you are greeted with a wide and calming sea view. the balcony of the room is directly facing the sea,so every morning you can enjoy the sunrise while drinking coffee—it feels like a perfect holiday. The hygiene of the room is very well maintained, the interior is aesthetic and comfortable. Full facilities: swimming pool, restaurant ok breakfast at 7-10 but over 9 o'clock is over, and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The location is also strategic, near the beach and tourist attractions. Another plus points: the sound of the waves slowly from the room makes sleep better. anyway,if you are looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view,quiet atmosphere,and top-notch service,this hotel is really a must-go to the wishlist!definitely come back if you come here"

"When the AC comes in it's not cold. Immediately replaced with a new Outdoor AC. The Sahur fried rice is delicious. Given extra Fried Noodles. The most special rooms directly view the sea."

"Overall menyenangkan sekali stay di villa marina. Yg paling best adalah ada 2 lokasi kolam reang, di dekat pintu masuk dan di dekat laut. Untuk lokasi yg didekat laut kolam renang anaknya tidak terawat, tp untuk lokasi dekat pintu masuk bagus. Amenities lengkap, hanya lampu kamar mandi suka kedap kedip yg perlu diganti. Untuk kebersihan lumayan, tapi di beberapa titik ada rontokan dari plafond. Mungkin untuk lemari dan kasur bisa dilakukan peremajaan supaya meningkatkan kenyamanan.view depan dermaga dan lautnya bagus. Tapi area pasirnya harus dilakukan perawatan karena banyak sampah."

"Awalnya aku pesan kamar untuk nginap, tapi aku salah pesan hari. Aku mau refund tapi ternyata kamar yang aku pesan tidak bisa refund. Jadi aku pergi ke sana dan nginap. Tau apa yang kurasakan pas nyampe sana? Gila ini mah pemandangan nya luarbiasa keren. Pokoknya aman dan nyaman. Seketika nyesel tadinya mau refund 🤣🤣🤣🤣."

"Staying at Villa Ubud Anyer, very pleasant, got cashback, the villa owner is proactive and friendly, There is a private pool, complete kitchen furniture, stove, refrigerator, dispenser, cooking utensils, barbecue grill, so you can barbecue on New Year's Eve, if in other Ubud villas (Numuru Villa Ubud) you are not allowed to cook & no cooking utensils are provided. So you have to go out to find food. The TV uses usee tv indihome so the shows are complete. There is also a fireworks party at the Ubud villa. Anyway, it's cool, the children's vacation is even more fun. Thank you."
