"This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays. The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops. The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave. Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services."

"order in family room application, when I got to the receptionist said there were no rooms, only deluxe, told me to choose cancel refund, or just accept deluxe room. no way to choose cancel after 3 hours of travel. no refund compensation for the difference in room, even though I have paid in full. report in the application room number is different from the real one. please hotel management fix it."

"staying at this hotel is really an unforgettable experience!as soon as you enter the room,you are greeted with a wide and calming sea view. the balcony of the room is directly facing the sea,so every morning you can enjoy the sunrise while drinking coffee—it feels like a perfect holiday. The hygiene of the room is very well maintained, the interior is aesthetic and comfortable. Full facilities: swimming pool, restaurant ok breakfast at 7-10 but over 9 o'clock is over, and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The location is also strategic, near the beach and tourist attractions. Another plus points: the sound of the waves slowly from the room makes sleep better. anyway,if you are looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view,quiet atmosphere,and top-notch service,this hotel is really a must-go to the wishlist!definitely come back if you come here"

"The hotel's hygiene was quite poor. The bath towels and sheets were not clean, and the hotel staff wouldn't change them unless specifically requested. The room also had no windows, leading to an unpleasant smell. I won't be staying here again."

"Location is very good, near anyer wonderland and not too far from Cilegon. Breakfast was Ok, plenty of variety of food and tasted ok. Some walkways were under construction. Overall good experience and stay at hotel, will comeback"

"Very nice hotel, service is very good, we shifted from hotelroom 22m2 to a suite 47m2 with big balcony. Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia). Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully. The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us. Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry. Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house . The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool. Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities."

"I booked a sea view room but ended up with one in the corner, blocked by trees and facing more towards the village. A 'sea view' should really be a proper, unobstructed view of the sea. I tried to change rooms, but they were fully booked. On top of that, the food was just mediocre for the price, and the restaurant had no air conditioning. The pool bathroom was incredibly dirty, like it had never been cleaned. Score 7/10"
