Serang Regency Hotels with Balcony

I booked a sea view room but ended up with one in the corner, blocked by trees and facing more towards the village. A 'sea view' should really be a proper, unobstructed view of the sea. I tried to change rooms, but they were fully booked. On top of that, the food was just mediocre for the price, and the restaurant had no air conditioning. The pool bathroom was incredibly dirty, like it had never been cleaned. Score 7/10

Pas awal dateng jam 2, malah belum bisa check-in. Baru bisa check-in jam 3. Pas dapet kamar, pintunya susah banget dibukanya, tiap kali mau buka pintu harus panggil staffnya dulu, abis itu kamarnya juga ga begitu bersih. Untungnya aja viewnya bagus, jadi yasudahlah.
