Love the place even though the room is small

The service was great, and they were very responsive. If possible, please use fresh water for the pool. All the pools felt salty, and I'm not sure what the concept is there. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you for the excellent service, Allisa! We'll visit again next time.

I booked a sea view room but ended up with one in the corner, blocked by trees and facing more towards the village. A 'sea view' should really be a proper, unobstructed view of the sea. I tried to change rooms, but they were fully booked. On top of that, the food was just mediocre for the price, and the restaurant had no air conditioning. The pool bathroom was incredibly dirty, like it had never been cleaned. Score 7/10

The receptionist is not on standby 24 hours The breakfast menu is not varied, I don't regret not extending breakfast because I already thought that was the menu The blanket had blood stains, the bathroom was not clean, there were no tissues in the room. This is what's confusing... there's a telephone connection but there's no telephone 😂 The towels are holed & torn”, the amenities are minimal so it's recommended to bring your own from home.

Staying in the 3 bedroom villa... it's just a shame that the AC in room C is cold, room A is okay even though it's not that cold, room B isn't cold at all... it's really nice
