Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay here. It's not far from the subway station and the city center. Downstairs, there are convenient stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Starbucks. The room is clean and spacious, with good ventilation and fresh air. It's also very quiet as it's close to a university, and the staff are polite and friendly. 🥰🥰🥰
The difference in cleanliness from other CIJA locations is stark. Hairs on toilet and bed and dirt on the floor, it appears as if the cleaning staff didn’t fully commit to their work. With that said, everyone here is very responsive and helpful. The rooms serves its purpose. Shower and AC are great. The location is bit far from the train but amenities are close by.
Whenever I travel, Atour is always my first choice. The bedding is as comfortable as ever, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning. The staff are incredibly friendly and even thoughtfully recommended local eateries. I felt truly comfortable and at ease during my stay, and the experience was fantastic! Oh, and the little twists (xiaomahua) were quite tasty.

I reached Shanghai late morning and was surprised to get a early check-in. The manager was very friendly and helpful to guide us on the places of interest and was totally amazed by her hospitaility. The room was spacious. They even have a self-wash laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Breakfast was provided and I was totally amazed by the quality of the food provided. Beside this hotel there is a delicious Beef noodle soup and wanton noodle soup just a stone throw away. There is also a gym provided as well. Hotel amenities were top notched. I will definitely come back again.
This was my first time staying at Jinglai hotel and I must say I was very comfortable. Entering the hotel the lobby is very spacious with many seating options available for guests. Check in was fast with no hassles and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though those working at Front desk didn't understand English using translating app came in very handy. A huge shout out to Allan for being so friendly and helpful.
I stayed in room 667 which had a nice view of the front of the hotel facing the street. It is especially pretty at night but the traffic noise can be a disturbing if you are a light sleeper. My room was nice, clean and spacious. I had a king size bed with the most comfortable mattress, which I appreciated. No tea or coffee amenities in the room, but this you can find in the lounge area. There is also a cute delivery robot if you feel like ordering in.
The only downside I would say, is that the hotel is a bit far from the district area and subway. But if you don't mind the commute then I would definitely recommend the hotel.
I will definitely be back in the near future!!
My room faced an office building or a company, very close by. When I checked in, the hotel was fully booked, so I couldn't change rooms. I had to keep the curtains drawn during the day. However, the room layout was decent, an L-shape, so I couldn't see the mirror from any sleeping position, which was comfortable. It had two small windows, not floor-to-ceiling ones. Overall, the Atour environment is quite good; I usually choose Atour for business trips.
I was quite surprised by this hotel. I booked it last minute for a business trip, just looking for something nearby. Given the price, I expected it to be pretty average, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was a powerful Daikin unit. What really stood out was the shower – the water pressure was excellent, much better than many other hotels, making for a really comfortable shower experience. They also provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and even hand sanitizer. The location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the subway station is also very close. For this price point, it's unbeatable. Excellent!
Stayed here for five days on a business trip to Shanghai. The facilities were excellent, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was superb. The location also offered great convenience for transport. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
I booked this hotel for my business trip and my experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff was incredibly efficient; I checked in in less than five minutes. They even thoughtfully recommended nearby breakfast spots and printing services, which is super helpful for business travelers. The room cleanliness was a pleasant surprise – the sheets and bedding had no odor whatsoever, and the toiletries were all branded, making them feel reliable. The best part was definitely the soundproofing; I couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside, allowing me to sleep very soundly. When I checked out, they even proactively asked if I needed help calling a taxi. The attention to detail in their service is truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city!
I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable (no cigarette smell - a total noteworthy). Although the soundproofing isn't that great, it didn't bother me.
Changing of towels and refilling of bottled water and tea are done every day.
The hotel offers a free laundry too which is great especially if you pack light.
Late check-out (2pm) is another thing to highlight: I was able to check out at 6pm for an additional 100RMB, which for me is already a good deal for those with a late-night flight.
The location can be quite distant from the centre (around 2.2km from Naniing Road) but if you prefer a quiet area yet still with restaurants nearby, it's good.
There's a nearby park (Zhabie Park) which is very nice. I recommend you visit it early morning to see many locals doing tai chi, dancing and playing badminton. Such a nice glimpse of the locals' daily morning routine.

AAmorndaetCleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor.
Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart.
4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included.
The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already.
I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel.
Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me.
I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.
MM1782****Great place! It's clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The service is excellent and very kind. The air conditioning works perfectly. It's ideal for business trips or tourism. The facilities are quite new, and there are plenty of dining options within a few hundred meters.
SShanliyoufengThis is an excellent hotel with a great location and excellent value for money. A taxi to Nanjing Road only costs around 20 yuan. The room facilities are perfect, including a smart toilet and a great smart speaker. The room is clean and hygienic, and the service is excellent. I even asked the young lady for bottled water several times. Free parking is also very convenient. A must-give five-star review! I highly recommend it to everyone.
MM2a5udpdx****The environment is very good, the service is great, the equipment is complete, the room is very warm, the sleep is very comfortable, the takeaway can be delivered by robots, very convenient, the room price is very affordable, and the price is very high compared to the surrounding area. Super awesome 👍
MMengmeng091Very satisfied, awesome stay experience
This hotel is in a great location, 3 minutes walk to the subway station, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the night was particularly fragrant. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is good. The price is super high, I will choose here next time!
niyuchunfengjieguokeOverall it is quite good, it is very convenient to go out, there are many snack bars and restaurants downstairs, and there are supermarkets.

MM827423****The room was a bit small, but the bedding was clean, which was nice. The stairs are a bit steep, so be careful when going up. The building has a very vintage decor, which gives it a lot of charm. Dining and transportation nearby are quite convenient. For Shanghai, the 'Magic City,' this price is definitely worth it!
GGuest UserBeing single and living outside, I can make do with food and accommodation, but it is unacceptable if the basic hygiene of the accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The toilet smells musty, the slippers in the room are extremely dirty and broken, the air conditioner is extremely dirty and musty, the TV is so dusty that the remote control cannot be touched by hand. I will definitely not patronize this store again
