Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay here. It's not far from the subway station and the city center. Downstairs, there are convenient stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Starbucks. The room is clean and spacious, with good ventilation and fresh air. It's also very quiet as it's close to a university, and the staff are polite and friendly. 🥰🥰🥰
The difference in cleanliness from other CIJA locations is stark. Hairs on toilet and bed and dirt on the floor, it appears as if the cleaning staff didn’t fully commit to their work. With that said, everyone here is very responsive and helpful. The rooms serves its purpose. Shower and AC are great. The location is bit far from the train but amenities are close by.
Whenever I travel, Atour is always my first choice. The bedding is as comfortable as ever, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning. The staff are incredibly friendly and even thoughtfully recommended local eateries. I felt truly comfortable and at ease during my stay, and the experience was fantastic! Oh, and the little twists (xiaomahua) were quite tasty.

I reached Shanghai late morning and was surprised to get a early check-in. The manager was very friendly and helpful to guide us on the places of interest and was totally amazed by her hospitaility. The room was spacious. They even have a self-wash laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Breakfast was provided and I was totally amazed by the quality of the food provided. Beside this hotel there is a delicious Beef noodle soup and wanton noodle soup just a stone throw away. There is also a gym provided as well. Hotel amenities were top notched. I will definitely come back again.
This was my first time staying at Jinglai hotel and I must say I was very comfortable. Entering the hotel the lobby is very spacious with many seating options available for guests. Check in was fast with no hassles and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though those working at Front desk didn't understand English using translating app came in very handy. A huge shout out to Allan for being so friendly and helpful.
I stayed in room 667 which had a nice view of the front of the hotel facing the street. It is especially pretty at night but the traffic noise can be a disturbing if you are a light sleeper. My room was nice, clean and spacious. I had a king size bed with the most comfortable mattress, which I appreciated. No tea or coffee amenities in the room, but this you can find in the lounge area. There is also a cute delivery robot if you feel like ordering in.
The only downside I would say, is that the hotel is a bit far from the district area and subway. But if you don't mind the commute then I would definitely recommend the hotel.
I will definitely be back in the near future!!
My room faced an office building or a company, very close by. When I checked in, the hotel was fully booked, so I couldn't change rooms. I had to keep the curtains drawn during the day. However, the room layout was decent, an L-shape, so I couldn't see the mirror from any sleeping position, which was comfortable. It had two small windows, not floor-to-ceiling ones. Overall, the Atour environment is quite good; I usually choose Atour for business trips.
I was quite surprised by this hotel. I booked it last minute for a business trip, just looking for something nearby. Given the price, I expected it to be pretty average, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was a powerful Daikin unit. What really stood out was the shower – the water pressure was excellent, much better than many other hotels, making for a really comfortable shower experience. They also provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and even hand sanitizer. The location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the subway station is also very close. For this price point, it's unbeatable. Excellent!
Stayed here for five days on a business trip to Shanghai. The facilities were excellent, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was superb. The location also offered great convenience for transport. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
I booked this hotel for my business trip and my experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff was incredibly efficient; I checked in in less than five minutes. They even thoughtfully recommended nearby breakfast spots and printing services, which is super helpful for business travelers. The room cleanliness was a pleasant surprise – the sheets and bedding had no odor whatsoever, and the toiletries were all branded, making them feel reliable. The best part was definitely the soundproofing; I couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside, allowing me to sleep very soundly. When I checked out, they even proactively asked if I needed help calling a taxi. The attention to detail in their service is truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city!
I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable (no cigarette smell - a total noteworthy). Although the soundproofing isn't that great, it didn't bother me.
Changing of towels and refilling of bottled water and tea are done every day.
The hotel offers a free laundry too which is great especially if you pack light.
Late check-out (2pm) is another thing to highlight: I was able to check out at 6pm for an additional 100RMB, which for me is already a good deal for those with a late-night flight.
The location can be quite distant from the centre (around 2.2km from Naniing Road) but if you prefer a quiet area yet still with restaurants nearby, it's good.
There's a nearby park (Zhabie Park) which is very nice. I recommend you visit it early morning to see many locals doing tai chi, dancing and playing badminton. Such a nice glimpse of the locals' daily morning routine.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe space is large and it feels as big as four university dormitory rooms. The newly opened facilities are very new and clean. You can consider living here if you don't go to the attractions. It is super cost-effective. The surrounding residential areas are very quiet at night, and it is convenient to walk around and buy food. Line 1 goes directly to Shanghai Railway Station and shares bicycles to the subway station in five minutes.
Qqqyy10203040Facilities: Very good, quite comprehensive, has everything you need.
Hygiene: Very clean, nice, excellent.
Environment: Very good, quite nice. There are free parking spaces at the entrance.
Service: Very good, the front desk was very helpful and pleasant, communication was smooth.
MM890045****The surrounding area has plenty of dining options, the room was clean and tidy, the smart toilet was a nice convenience, and overall it was great value for money!
ZZhuhaimangmangHealth, the environment is OK, the front desk attitude is also good, the smart toilet automatically flushes for a while, it will not work, you have to press manually, there is no non-slip slippers in the bathroom, barefoot, in fact, these do not matter.
But the laundry room configuration is hard to say, so big room, there are two home-level washing machines, there is a drying function, the time is very long, and the effect is generally incomparable with LG's commercial washing machine.
Breakfast ended at 9:30, there are very few types, if you want to have breakfast, you can go downstairs across the road to eat, don't waste money to buy breakfast. (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)
GGuest UserThe bed in the room is very comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and the pillows are also very soft, which made me feel relaxed as soon as I lay down. The quilts and sheets on the bed are of high quality and soft to the touch. They are warm and comfortable when I sleep at night, allowing me to sleep very sweetly. The room was very clean, the floor was spotless and there was no dust on the furniture. Bedside tables, desks and other furniture are neatly arranged without unnecessary clutter, giving people a neat and orderly feeling. The room is equipped with various facilities, such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, etc., with complete functions. The air conditioner has a very good cooling effect and can quickly adjust the indoor temperature; the TV has clear pictures and rich channels, so you can watch some entertainment programs to relax at night; there are also some drinks and snacks in the refrigerator for easy access at any time.
GGuest UserThe surrounding is very quiet, although on the side of the road, but the surrounding is not a business district, and the boss gave a room that is not on the street, and the quality of sleep is very good. The company is far from home, and the health of coming to live often is not bad.
GGuest UserVery satisfied, the aunt inside has a better attitude, just tell him what is missing, the experience feels very good, I plan to continue, easy to use, affordable,

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic and easy to find, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely come back again. It's also really convenient with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. This hotel is a great choice for a trip to Shanghai. They could add bottled water in the rooms though.
AAnonymous UserIt's quite clean and tidy, with well-equipped Wi-Fi TV and other equipment, and the bed is quite comfortable. It's a pity that the shower head in the bathroom leaked, so I didn't dare to take a shower. It's also close to the subway station and there is wind noise. It's not particularly quiet, but the price is decent, so it's okay.
