Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay here. It's not far from the subway station and the city center. Downstairs, there are convenient stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Starbucks. The room is clean and spacious, with good ventilation and fresh air. It's also very quiet as it's close to a university, and the staff are polite and friendly. 🥰🥰🥰

The room was clean and well-equipped, perfectly suiting my needs. I particularly appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, all of which I used – these are truly essential amenities when traveling in hot weather. The front desk service was also very attentive; I called them from the subway to request a 1 PM late check-out, and they readily agreed.

Whenever I travel, Atour is always my first choice. The bedding is as comfortable as ever, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning. The staff are incredibly friendly and even thoughtfully recommended local eateries. I felt truly comfortable and at ease during my stay, and the experience was fantastic! Facilities: Marriott's consistent standards shine through with comfortable bedding, a mattress that's just right (not too soft, not too firm), and a well-designed bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. Basic cleanliness and service are up to par. Convenient Location: It's close to Yanchang Road Station on Metro Line 1, and only about 3 kilometers from People's Square. Comprehensive Amenities: The lobby offers complimentary coffee, there's a 24-hour gym, and a self-service laundry room. Being a newer establishment, it also features smart toilets and electric curtains. Great Value for Money: Weekday rates are around 300-500 RMB per night, and there are often weekend promotions. For its price point, it definitely has an edge in terms of brand reputation and service. Current Drawbacks: The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the shower water pressure is low, with the temperature fluctuating between hot and cold.

Traveling with my parents and child, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! From the moment we walked in, they proactively helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully reminded us about the steps – the service was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. During check-in, the front desk lady saw that we were with seniors and a child, and specially upgraded us to a family room with bright windows. The room was spacious and well-lit, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel's breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. Hot dishes, desserts, and fruits were all available. My parents loved the congee and side dishes, which suited their taste perfectly, and my child adored the delicious cakes and yogurt. The restaurant staff even proactively helped my child with cutlery – so thoughtful! The hotel's location is also fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to the mall, and there are convenience stores and snack shops nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. In our free time, we took strolls in Daning Lingshi Park nearby, which has lots of greenery and fresh air. It truly is a hidden gem of a hotel, offering peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle! The lobby was also very well-decorated and had a great ambiance.

Booked this room for my boss and it was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, and the location was super convenient. There's a mall right across the street, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly easy. honestly speaking, the room is quite big and comfortable. however, the location is quite far from the city centre and attractions and the hotel’s amenities are quite limited and old. the washing machines and dryers were old and slow. one of the housekeeping auntie also chided us for asking for an additional bottle of water :( booked this for our last leg of our holidays but were quite surprised at how different the actual rooms are compared to the pictures. nonetheless, the receptionists were very friendly and made the stay much better :)

The room is very nice and comfortable. It is very clean and they give you all types of amenities. The staff is also very kind and they are always available to help you out. The only thing we noticed is that sometimes there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, but it was quite slight. If this could be improved it would be a perfect stay!

I booked this hotel for my business trip and my experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff was incredibly efficient; I checked in in less than five minutes. They even thoughtfully recommended nearby breakfast spots and printing services, which is super helpful for business travelers. The room cleanliness was a pleasant surprise – the sheets and bedding had no odor whatsoever, and the toiletries were all branded, making them feel reliable. The best part was definitely the soundproofing; I couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside, allowing me to sleep very soundly. When I checked out, they even proactively asked if I needed help calling a taxi. The attention to detail in their service is truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city!

I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable (no cigarette smell - a total noteworthy). Although the soundproofing isn't that great, it didn't bother me. Changing of towels and refilling of bottled water and tea are done every day. The hotel offers a free laundry too which is great especially if you pack light. Late check-out (2pm) is another thing to highlight: I was able to check out at 6pm for an additional 100RMB, which for me is already a good deal for those with a late-night flight. The location can be quite distant from the centre (around 2.2km from Naniing Road) but if you prefer a quiet area yet still with restaurants nearby, it's good. There's a nearby park (Zhabie Park) which is very nice. I recommend you visit it early morning to see many locals doing tai chi, dancing and playing badminton. Such a nice glimpse of the locals' daily morning routine.
