About 1:15 in the morning, a foreign self-proclaimed security person came with a bag with about 50 to 60 keys. We watched him try to open the door with each key. After many unsuccessful security calls to ask for help, the door can be opened. Then the security guards were very responsible. They told us to get the hotel key before leaving. Then we found the hotel counter and found that the counters were closed and locked. Then we had something to do after repeated attempts to open the hotel counter door. Then we called the staff again. The clerk told us that our keys and data had been placed on the counter, ridiculously there was no, we looked everywhere, and finally we needed to go to the lock box to find the room key by ourselves! ? Am I playing a treasure hunt? The hotel staff no longer listened to our phone. We used more than 1 hour of roaming data to call the hotel staff.
