"I chose the hotel to improve the quality of my stay in Bangalore. Before moving to this hotel, we rented four rooms in a small hotel near my place of work. From the picture on the website and from the reviews, I got the impression that the hotel was what I needed. Unfortunately, the impressions formed from the reviews began to crumble upon check-in at the hotel. At the entrance, we were met by a search like at an airport. We were not allowed to bring our personal tools (and we came to the city to work) into the room (during check-out, there were difficulties with packing our luggage!). Upon check-in, we specifically asked about dinner, to which the manager told us everything except that we needed to specifically go to the reception desk and state a specific desire. Initially, we asked about dinner, meaning to have dinner at the hotel, during the conversation we decided that the issue was resolved. We went to have dinner, and they billed us 1.5 times more than stated. In response to all attempts to resolve the misunderstanding, the manager ”played stupid.” For a hotel that positions itself as a 4-star hotel, a manager who is unable to resolve an incident (which arose, among other things, due to his fault) is at the very least incomprehensible. Further, there is nothing to watch on TV! If before this we lived in a small hotel without stars and there was a smart TV in each room, then here there is something like cable, but without a selection. The rooms are spacious, and it would be good if they carried out some kind of interior renovation, but it seemed that the interior remained from the time of the hotel's construction. The air conditioning system generally worked, but its remote control was falling apart and did not give confidence in its correct operation. A good view from the window is spoiled by dirty windows, when I asked about washing them, the manager said that they do not open and there is no such possibility, in the previous hotel everything was much better. The curtains are eaten by moths or have become worn out over time. The walls in the shower are slippery, a layer of biota does not give a feeling of safety, however, in the pool located on the roof there is a similar situation. Regarding the room service, the staff has only the kindest words, friendly and ready to help. The same applies to the women from the management team. The men behaved strangely. To summarize the above: Good location, friendly junior staff (service). That's where the pros end. There are no four stars at all! All the pros are leveled by the poor maintenance and old interiors of the rooms. The unwillingness of the managers to seek compromises from situations created, including through their fault. The location is surrounded by traffic jams, it is difficult to get out in the morning and evening. Uber or Rapido will not help during rush hour. Only walking. I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation to foreign tourists, especially those who speak English poorly or do not speak English (Kannada and Hindi)."

Very central location nearby to MG Road, with good security that checks every vehicle entering the Hotel. There is also bag check at the entrance for safety. Rooms are quite large and comfortable and amenities are very decent with a large Gym, pool, and 3 restaurants to choose from (Indian, Asian, and Italian). Breakfast spread was also delicious and included in my stay. Concierge service is good as they are able to arrange airport transfer and vehicle local transfer from hotel to office and back fairly quickly. The only downside is the wifi login was unable to work and we had to get the 24hour one time code to use the wifi everyday. Inconvenient as we need the wifi to clear some work.

Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly. The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains. But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it. Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess. Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands. The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time. Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

Newly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

ITC Windsor, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bengaluru

ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer. The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests. The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests. I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it. Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

Failed to act in good faith. We attempted to book a 4 night stay in February 2026. When the webpage refreshed, we found that we being booked for one night on October 20 2025. Immediately we contacted Trip.com to advise them of the error. Trip.com immediately contacted the hotel requested cancellation so that their client can rebook for the correct dates. The hotel manager refused to act in good faith and refused to allow the cancellation and rebooking. They claimed they were under no obligation to assist us as the room rate selected was nonrefundable. Do you think we will be booking a 4 night stay with this attitude toward their customers?

I recently stayed at the Radisson Bengaluru City Center and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to MG Road, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the quality was enjoyable. I also appreciated the rooftop facilities and overall ambiance of the hotel. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Bangalore, and I would gladly stay here again.
