"Traveling with a family of five, I booked two rooms for two nights. I specifically requested one room to have an extra bed (ED) with one single and one king bed. However, the staff insisted there was no extra bed, even after I showed them my reservation details. When I asked if three people were expected to sleep in one bed, they finally offered another room, albeit one with a broken bathtub. That was somewhat resolved.
The real issue arose the next day. After returning from sightseeing, I found my room door open, the room in disarray, and the clothes I'd hung up missing. When I inquired, they claimed they weren't aware the room was still booked and had given it to another guest. When I asked where my clothes were, they said they'd thrown them into the supply closet. They then said the room had been used for a 'day stay' and hadn't been cleaned, so we couldn't use it. In the end, three of us had to cram into one bed.
This motel should really be removed from all accommodation websites."
