LLigoumaologAs one of the ”100 Luxury Hotels in Europe”, the decoration and service level of Raffles Warsaw are definitely satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to attractions or museums related to Chopin. The surrounding environment is satisfactory, quiet and safe.
The room size is satisfactory, and handwritten cards, welcome cookies, and turndown service are provided. The room facilities are very new, and a built-in sound system is installed, so you can play your favorite music by connecting to the TV. The bedroom is well lit and presents warm tones, while the bathroom is cool tones and solid materials. The room is also equipped with a control panel for the lighting and curtain system, which is very modern. The only drawback is that there is no bathtub in the large bathroom, and there is obviously enough space to place a bathtub...
The breakfast is semi-buffet and semi-ordered. The dishes are exquisitely presented on the plate, exquisite and delicious, and the staff is also very service-conscious, which is satisfactory.

IIrene BBVery nice new and clean hotel, not far from the airport nor the city center. Reception girls could speak English and always smiled. Were very helpful with each request that I had. The restaurant downstairs is also good. Will definitely be back again! 🌷🌷🌷🌷
The only thing that I'd like them to get improved is the size of their dishes in restaurant. They are too tiny, so you cant get full even if you order 2. Otherwise the food is very tasty! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserConveniently located for early morning flights, business quality hotel. Nothing wrong with it, other than for me, I prefer a bath tub, and this is only available in the upgraded rooms. Strange opening of bathroom door meant you couldn't access the toilet easily. Apart from that, does the job.

DDasongzierThe house is clean and tidy, with very good hardware conditions. There are large supermarkets within 1 km. Parking is also convenient. It is a little far from the city center, but it is only half an hour's drive away.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

DDeepinderPerfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!

AAndreasThe temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors.
Reception was not always available by phone.
Staff was always very friendly.
Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment.
We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great.
The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.
