Amazing
DDonna MarinaThe room was very new, and the shower wasn't small with plenty of hot water and strong pressure. The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. If two people are staying with large luggage, it's best to book a deluxe room, not the smallest one. The small gift upon check-in was a nice touch. The toiletries included good skincare products, but I had to specifically ask the front desk for cotton swabs, so the amenity set wasn't very complete. Surprisingly, there was only a yukata and no pajamas – I've stayed in so many hotels in Japan and never encountered one without pajamas. There also wasn't any garment deodorizer spray in the room, which is quite unusual. The breakfast was delicious, but the open kitchen had a very strong smell. I'd recommend improving the ventilation, as I always had to shower after eating breakfast. Overall, it was still very good! It's close to Akihabara, Don Quijote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and more.

LLuisalalaThis hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location! You can take a direct bus from both Haneda and Narita airports. Even if there isn't a direct bus to the hotel itself, you can easily take one to Shinjuku Bus Terminal and reach the hotel with just a 5-minute walk – super convenient! Check-in is on the 20th floor, and there's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. It's also not far from Yoyogi Station and Shinjuku JR Station, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. Although our king room was only 26 square meters, there was still plenty of space to open two suitcases. The lighting controls and bathroom facilities were all excellent. However, showering in the bathtub felt a bit slippery. So, a mixed bag!

TTal ShThe hotel is very very close to the South exits of Shinjuku Station, there is train from/to the Narita airport - Narita Express (NEX). We used the laundry room, you just need a 100 yen coins (from the reception) - 600 yen for wash+dry of 3Kg + up to 300 for extra drier time. You enter a code to lock the machine for your use only. We took the breakfast of the hotel and it includes every thing. We also use the hotel service to keep our extra luggage for a week (when we went to south of Japan). Make the hotel reservation by Trip.com.

JjellykoiThis hotel is quite famous, so the price isn't cheap; it's comparable to a 500 RMB hotel in China. Not all rooms offer great views. Lower floor rooms only look out onto air conditioners and the roofs of nearby low-rise buildings. I recommend booking a higher floor room. The elevator lobby offers excellent views, worth checking out. Its convenient location is, of course, a big plus.

YYongrenzhaowulingwangThe room isn't huge, but the location is super convenient with the airport shuttle dropping you right downstairs. Check-in is automated with a Chinese interface, which is very helpful! You can also opt for self check-out, saving a lot of time. In the twin room, you'll find that a 28-inch suitcase can only fit in the aisle. Toiletries are located in front of the lobby elevator – you can pick and choose what you need. They're very comprehensive, not just basic care and toothbrushes, but also facial masks and hair masks, which is a really nice touch! Pajamas are in the elevator lobby on each floor, but I recommend getting them early as they might run out later in the day! I stayed for three days, and on the second day, I noticed the room hadn't been cleaned. After I put the 'Please clean' sign on the back of the door on the second day, it was finally cleaned when I returned!

MM516646****Cleanliness: No issues. Ambiance: I had a room with a view of Ariake Arena, which was generally nice. The bedroom is right as you enter, so all bedrooms are quite spacious. The bathroom is at the very back. If you don't like the bed being right by the entrance, you might want to avoid this. Also, the bedroom doesn't get much natural light because the bathroom is on the outside with a window (a transparent glass bathroom). Service: If you're coming to the hotel from outside the building, there are absolutely no signs, elevators, or escalators to get to the hotel lobby on the 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to reach the hotel's main entrance. It's hard to imagine a hotel of this caliber having such an arrangement. Facilities: It's hard to believe that a hotel at this price point and level doesn't come standard with a bathtub. To clarify a misconception: no room in this hotel offers a direct view of Big Sight.

GGuest UserThe room was really clean, sufficient space especially in the tokyo context as you are able to ”fold up” the bed with a push of the button. Staff were helpful and nice. Kept our room in pristine condition and it was a good locations thats very convenient to both the metro and the JR lines.

YYu Ting PearlynA lovely hotel that I would stay at again. I booked the bunk bed, which my roommate and I felt really comfortable in. Staff were quite friendly and most understood/could speak English. It says self check-in on the booking page but there was someone present to help us through the check-in process. Note that there's an accommodation tax (900 yen per person) that needs to be paid on check-in. Since we stayed for more than five days, they did full housekeeping (changing bedsheets) for two out of the eight days. However, they also were able to provide fresh towels and clear trash daily (we just put their provided magnetic notice on the door and left the items at the entryway). Showers were small, but amazing. They provide a day's worth of toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an electric kettle, a microwave, plates, utensils, cups, scissors, detergent, and two pairs of room slippers. There was an HDTV (with an HDMI port) that we directly connected to Netflix (no need to logout) as well. This hotel is about an 8 minute walk away from Ryogoku station and 11 mins from Asakusa station. If you have a really physical day or have hefty luggage, then this might feel a bit far, but the area generally feels safe, and you get to cross the bridge over the Sumida river to/from Asakusa, which is nice. Other things to note: There is one shared washing machine for the whole hotel that's free to use, and it takes about 2H per wash and tumble dry cycle. There was no quick wash setting. We had to do ours in the wee hours because other guests were quicker to use them in the ”prime” hours (7-9am and 8pm-12mn). A QR code and/or number code is used to unlock your door's digital lock. It's also used for checkout, so save the sheet of paper they issue. Otherwise, remember to take a picture as there's no service staff after a certain time and they will lock the doors to the entrance where the only way to get in is the issued code. Someone pressed the fire alarm accidentally one morning, which brought the fire department, ambulance and police to the hotel and the alert was deafening and heard neighbourhood-wide. Look carefully before you press/lean on a surface - there's no covering on the alarm button, but it is in the centre of a giant red circle. It was an eventful morning but we did not enjoy running down and climbing up 8-storeys worth of stairs (they shut the elevators in emergencies). Overall, a relaxing, cool vibe that feels clean and cozy.

GGuest UserAll procedures are streamlined, making checking in and out run quickly and smoothly. We got the type of room we asked for without a problem. There is also an excellent locker system for storing luggage. Very good location for several attractions we were interested in, as well as close to international cruise terminal. Several restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
