MMeilirensheng1977I chose this hotel for its location in Akihabara, and I was absolutely delighted. It's incredibly convenient for accessing the JR station and all the shopping spots within Akihabara from here.
Next, the hotel breakfast, while not offering a vast selection, was absolutely delicious and freshly made. It was a real pleasure to enjoy a wonderful meal each morning before heading out for shopping.
I must also commend the hotel's service; this stay truly allowed me to experience genuine Japanese hospitality. The incident unfolded like this: two maintenance staff members attempted to enter our room for repairs before we had checked out. Upon realizing we were still inside, they profusely apologized and stopped at the door. At the time, we didn't give it much thought, but to our surprise, a staff member called shortly after to apologize again. Then, when we checked out, the entire staff, including the manager, gathered to offer another sincere apology. This truly demonstrated their profound respect for their guests. They even assisted us with arranging a taxi when we departed.
I must give a special shout-out to their manager, Masato Sugimura, and a wonderful young lady from Hong Kong, who both provided outstanding service throughout our stay. 👍

GGuest UserI have stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, and this one is by far the best.
The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from Ryogoku Station, and taxis are easy to catch. The hotel offers a beautiful skyline view, including the Tokyo Skytree and the Sumida River. I highly recommend visiting the terrace or lounge to enjoy a nice drink and taking a stroll or run along the Sumida River.
Both the hotel and my room were impeccable, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Thank you again!
P.S. There’s a wonderful and affordable sushi restaurant nearby called Karin. I highly recommend booking an omakase dinner there!

GGuest UserThe hotel stay is wonderful. The hotel is huge with an enormous lobby, looks sleek, and is classy with the dim light. The lobby is located at 20th floor, no comments on the bf as I only booked the room without bf. Check in and out are effortless. Staff is friendly and approachable. Amenities in room are plentiful and abundant. All shampoo, conditioner and bath lotion come in big bottles so it is more than sufficient for use. Inside bathroom, you can control the volume and listen to the TV you on outside so it is very useful. In room has the Alexa which you can easily communicate with it for anything of interest to you. Besides, the hotel is very conveniently located, near to Shinjuku station and the nearby shopping malls. The room is huge and comes with bathtub and it has a balcony area too. Highly recommended for staying here in Tokyo. You will not regret definitely!

JjudaeaThe hotel's location is superb, a quiet haven amidst the city's buzz, with Shinjuku's main commercial area within walking distance. Airport bus stops and subway stations are also just a few minutes' walk away.
As expected, the hotel's cleanliness was up to Japanese standards. The service was attentive; upon check-in, the air conditioning had already been turned on, creating a comfortable environment. Toiletries provided were from P*OLA, and other personal care items were available for self-collection.
Highly recommended; it will be my top choice for my next stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located in Shinjuku area, in walking distance to numerous shopping locations, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. The room is comfortable and large compared to some other hotels in Japan. They have a convenient bus to the airport that picks you up right out front of the hotel. There is a convenience store and restaurant directly across the street. I enjoyed my stay here. It is very close to the metro station.

JJ小米The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that's really delicious. For Odaiba, it's super convenient for accessing the three malls and various attractions.

JjellykoiThis hotel is quite famous, so the price isn't cheap; it's comparable to a 500 RMB hotel in China. Not all rooms offer great views. Lower floor rooms only look out onto air conditioners and the roofs of nearby low-rise buildings. I recommend booking a higher floor room. The elevator lobby offers excellent views, worth checking out. Its convenient location is, of course, a big plus.

TTaufiqSahafiReally enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Shimbashi Station, within easy walking distance to Ginza and a Don Quojite just behind. The room is simple but fully equipped with everything you need. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby.
The room is slightly small, but perfectly fine for couples as long as you don’t have a mountain of suitcases. One huge plus: the hotel offers luggage delivery through Airporter, which was super convenient for us.
Definitely recommend this place for a smooth, stress-free stay in Tokyo.

YYu Ting PearlynA lovely hotel that I would stay at again. I booked the bunk bed, which my roommate and I felt really comfortable in. Staff were quite friendly and most understood/could speak English. It says self check-in on the booking page but there was someone present to help us through the check-in process. Note that there's an accommodation tax (900 yen per person) that needs to be paid on check-in.
Since we stayed for more than five days, they did full housekeeping (changing bedsheets) for two out of the eight days. However, they also were able to provide fresh towels and clear trash daily (we just put their provided magnetic notice on the door and left the items at the entryway). Showers were small, but amazing. They provide a day's worth of toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an electric kettle, a microwave, plates, utensils, cups, scissors, detergent, and two pairs of room slippers. There was an HDTV (with an HDMI port) that we directly connected to Netflix (no need to logout) as well.
This hotel is about an 8 minute walk away from Ryogoku station and 11 mins from Asakusa station. If you have a really physical day or have hefty luggage, then this might feel a bit far, but the area generally feels safe, and you get to cross the bridge over the Sumida river to/from Asakusa, which is nice.
Other things to note:
There is one shared washing machine for the whole hotel that's free to use, and it takes about 2H per wash and tumble dry cycle. There was no quick wash setting. We had to do ours in the wee hours because other guests were quicker to use them in the ”prime” hours (7-9am and 8pm-12mn).
A QR code and/or number code is used to unlock your door's digital lock. It's also used for checkout, so save the sheet of paper they issue. Otherwise, remember to take a picture as there's no service staff after a certain time and they will lock the doors to the entrance where the only way to get in is the issued code.
Someone pressed the fire alarm accidentally one morning, which brought the fire department, ambulance and police to the hotel and the alert was deafening and heard neighbourhood-wide. Look carefully before you press/lean on a surface - there's no covering on the alarm button, but it is in the centre of a giant red circle. It was an eventful morning but we did not enjoy running down and climbing up 8-storeys worth of stairs (they shut the elevators in emergencies).
Overall, a relaxing, cool vibe that feels clean and cozy.

GGuest UserAll procedures are streamlined, making checking in and out run quickly and smoothly. We got the type of room we asked for without a problem. There is also an excellent locker system for storing luggage. Very good location for several attractions we were interested in, as well as close to international cruise terminal. Several restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
