This hotel's location is an absolute godsend for travelers! It's just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, with super convenient transfers between Lines 2 and 6, making sightseeing and getting around incredibly easy. The hotel recently opened, so all the facilities are brand new. The room was sparkling clean, not a speck of dust even in the corners – it was a really comfortable stay. In the evening, I tried a craft beer at the hotel bar; it was rich and mellow with a lovely bitter-sweet aftertaste. The only minor hiccup was at breakfast when it was busy; my ordered omelet was accidentally given to someone else. I was in a rush to check out and didn't wait, but to my surprise, a staff member actually chased after me with a freshly made omelet and apologized profusely. That warm gesture really won me over. It shows that they pay attention to the details when it comes to service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

4 Points Sheraton Suzhou won't win any prizes for style, features or amenities, but it's a solid choice for short business stays in Suzhou. Nice location on the lake and convenient for any part of East Suzhou. The standards rooms are exactly that, but they are fully equipped and well maintained. For a tighter budget this hotel has everything you need.

For a five-star hotel, my recent stay was quite underwhelming. I had anticipated the thoughtful service befitting its star rating, but was left rather disappointed. Check-in efficiency at the front desk was only average, and there was no proactive introduction to the hotel's facilities – it was neither outstanding nor particularly poor. On the brighter side, nothing went significantly wrong overall. The room's amenities and furnishings met five-star standards, the bedding was comfortable, cleanliness was well-maintained, and the view from the window was decent. Essentially, all services just scraped by on the 'pass mark' – no major blunders, but absolutely no highlights either. It completely lacked the refinement and attentiveness one expects from a five-star hotel, feeling more like a standard business hotel. As a result, the value for money wasn't particularly high.
