Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel boasts a lovely environment, right next to Dushu Lake, with picturesque and tranquil surroundings. Public transport isn't the most convenient, so driving is highly recommended, especially since parking facilities are quite good. The room hygiene was well-maintained, and the amenities were generally satisfactory, though there were two minor drawbacks: the shower space was a bit small, and the water pressure was low, which slightly detracted from the shower experience. The hotel's buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of dishes that combined local specialties with flavors from different regions, providing plenty of choices and good taste. The room service was attentive and thoughtful, with staff responding promptly and having an excellent service attitude. All in all, it's a great hotel for a short, relaxing getaway. If they can improve the shower water pressure and optimize the shower area space in the future, the experience would be even better. Highly recommended for those traveling by car.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite spacious. It's great that it's new and doesn't have any strange smells. It's just one stop from Suzhou Station and a 5-minute walk from the exit, so the location is excellent. The bedding is clean, there's a smart toilet, and the shower has great water pressure. I'd like to commend the breakfast – it was good, fresh, and had a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. I stayed here for a concert, and Line 6 goes directly to Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, so getting back after the show was also convenient. Humble Administrator's Garden is also very close, just two stops away, so it's a good spot for sightseeing.

Had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Wuzhong! ✨ The room was clean and bright, and the Four Points king bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep. It's a top choice for families with kids, as the children's play area is well-equipped and suitable for toddlers. Breakfast offered authentic Suzhou-style noodles, and you could even make your own wontons. The front desk staff seemed a bit aloof, but the housekeeping aunties were really warm and friendly. The soundproofing in the room was decent. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit deserted, and it's about 3 kilometers to the nearest commercial district, which isn't very convenient. However, getting a taxi from Gusu is easy because drivers are quick to accept longer-distance fares, which is an advantage if you don't have a car.
