"Comfortable, clean and quiet. I was met with genuine hospitality and warmth and that continued for the brief 24hrs I stayed. A comfortable king size bed and ensuite bathroom / shower just up the hill from downtown Swanage meant I got a nice walk in along the waterfront before retiring to the quiet comfort of my room. In the morning I was served a delicious breakfast with the best pot of tea I’ve had outside of my own kitchen."

"Great location for town and beach. The rooms were not clean! Mattresses were soft and well worn, could feel wooden slats through the mattress. No mattress protectors used and only very thin bed sheets, leading to a very itchy nights sleep! Carpet in room felt grubby. Shower did not drain quick enough, leading to water overflowing the shower tray. Weekend live bands in beer garden means this accommodation is not suitable for families or non-night owls!"

"Excellent B&B. We stayed in the spacious front bedroom which was spotlessly clean. The large bathroom had a great shower and lovely thick towels. The king size bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate, biscuits and a small chocolate each was in the room on arrival. After a warm welcome by the proprietors we had a cup of coffee sitting at the table and chairs in the bay window and then walked into the town - literally just around the corner. John recommended somewhere to eat in the town that night. Breakfast was served in the bedroom, in the bay window. We will definitely stay there again if we stay there again."
