"Das Hotel hat bessere Tage gesehen. Das erste Zimmer, mit Gartenblick gebucht, war schlimm. Der Blick ging direkt auf eine Wand mit Wasserrohren und anderen Kabeln. Es gab kein Licht am Bett und nur im Bad Steckdosen. Die Wände waren dünn wie Papier. Das sind nur einige Punkte, ich könnte mehr aufführen. Nach einer Beschwerde habe ich ein Upgrade bekommen, Zimmer mit Poolblick. Das Zimmer war deutlich besser. Das Essen war lecker, die Auswahl aber beschränkt und einfach. Das Frühstück war ein Auswahl aus dem Tipico oder Obst und Pancakes, keine Variationen an den Tagen.
Bis auf eine der Personen an der Rezeption, die wirklich unangenehm war, waren alle anderen sehr nett und bemüht."

GGuest UserJaco really isn’t for families anymore. The hotel shows a picture that it is next to an empty plot: Well that is a 20 story building now. Some AC units are too old, making very loud vibrations.
We had 2 cockroaches in the room despite closed windows.
If you need to be in Jaco, check out the hotel on the other side of the creek. If you have a choice, drive a couple more kilometres to a nicer village.

GGuest UserHotel is excellent, level is not lower **** stars, breakfast can be chosen, staff is trying and at them it turns out, quietly, quietly comfortable, manager Alexander, communicates in several languages, including Russian!!! A pair of jaguan male and female sat on a tree five meters from my balcony, male pose, female shy, then disappeared. Beautiful view from the window and from the balcony down the pool. I recommend you not regret it. On the sea the wave is big not to swim, but you can be swept and watch the trees grow

JJosueThe front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).
