"The service was excellent, truly a 100 out of 10! However, the power went out and there was no running water, and we weren't informed about this in advance. This meant we couldn't shower in the morning. The staff tried their best to resolve the issue and allowed us a late check-out. But we weren't given an exact time for when the water would be back. I hope this can be fixed. Overall, the on-site staff provided great service. Next time, I hope the hotel or maintenance team can resolve this issue quickly. Thank you."
